Graded gravel has gradually entered the people's field of vision due to its low price and convenient construction.The latest asphalt pavement design specifications have been clarified.Under certain conditions,the graded gravel base can be used as the base layer of all grades of asphalt pavement,including expressways,and the analysis indexes and standards of pavement structure when using graded gravel bases are also given..Although the latest specification in China puts forward the feasibility and practicability of the graded gravel base,the previous standard does not mention the graded gravel base,so that the practical application of the graded gravel base in China is very limited,technical reserve but.Therefore,more practice and improvement are needed for the construction technology and construction technology of grading gravel.The purpose of this paper is to rely on the existing engineering projects,first of all to the structural design of the graded gravel asphalt pavement,and then to summarize and refine the construction process of the graded gravel base layer and its asphalt surface layer.The basic application of stone asphalt pavement lays the foundation.Drawing on the existing research results,this paper firstly carried out the structural design of the graded gravel asphalt mixture,and then carried out the corresponding material design,including the graded gravel base layer and the asphalt surface layer.Finally,the graded gravel asphalt pavement The construction technology and construction quality control of the structural layer were studied.The study believes that the overload of construction transport vehicles during construction has a great impact on the asphalt layer.In some cases,there may be no open traffic,the asphalt layer has been damaged;the pressure of the graded gravel layer and the water stable layer The actual thickness should be between 14 and 20 cm,and the optimum compaction thickness is 15 to 18 cm.For the paving of graded gravel,the deflection and the test of the load plate must be carried out under natural dry conditions.After 5-7 days of implementation;when grading gravel paving,it is necessary to pay great attention to the control of water content.When the quality of stone is good and the edges are sharp,the water content of the mixture should be appropriately increased to facilitate compaction;When the stone material is relatively poor and the edges are relatively rounded,the water content of the mixture may be slightly lower;when the construction temperature is relatively low,or the transportation distance is relatively long,the paving temperature of the asphalt mixture should be increased;the asphalt mixture is spread.When paving,it is necessary to adapt to local conditions and adapt to the time,that is,according to the ambient temperature of the project,the wind speed at that time,the number of vehicles waiting in front,etc.,adjust the speed of the paver,try to avoid the shutdown and other materials,and avoid too fast.Paving leads to compaction,etc.
