| The cantilever construction pouring method is a construction method which starts with the pier,constructs the cast-in-place beam section symmetrically on both sides or splices the prefabricated beam end symmetrically.The former is called cantilever pouring method,the latter is called cantilever assembling method,under certain circumstances will also be cantilever pouring method and assembling method combined use.In order to ensure the safety and quality of bridge construction,bridge construction control is an indispensable link and measure.Prestressed concrete continuous girder bridge is one of the most important types of bridges because of its few expansion joints,strong mechanical performance,small deformation,beautiful structure,less maintenance work and strong seismic resistance.In this paper,the construction monitoring and monitoring project of Qing Yi river bridge is mainly studied.The structure calculation and error adjustment method of pre camber control are studied.Qing Yi river bridge is a major bridge in Nanling town of Qing Yi river county and Wuhu County Red Yang Town,the main span is 35m+2*60m+35m meters,the structure for the prestressed concrete continuous girder bridge.The main structure of the bridge is prestressed concrete continuous girder bridge.This bridge mainly uses the suspension construction method to control the pre-camber of the bridge construction is a very core index,and there is no perfect detection method yet.Based on the Qing Yi river Bridge,this paper makes a systematic and in-depth analysis of the factors affecting the prestressed concrete bridge,and makes a comprehensive study of how to calculate the camber of the prestressed concrete continuous beam bridge in the construction process.At the same time,the structure of arch control of prestressed concrete rigid frame bridge construction process of linear prediction calculation based on the analysis of arch degree control error adjustment prediction in processing better use procedures and the corresponding software,and through the actual construction data and bridge measurement results were analyzed.The obtained conclusion:It is feasible for the construction prefigurative deviation control and error adjust used in prestressed concrete continuous beam bridge to use the calculation model and program brought forward in this paper. |
