Currently, the long span prestressed concrete continuous beam bridge with a span of60~150m is applied fairly in common, and is already become one of the main type of bridgesin our country in which the span is less than150m. Especially pouring cantilever methodwithout construction bracket is beneficial to the environment of leaping river, canyon or overline traffic.In this paper, based on the background of Cantilever casting construction in a certaincontinuous beam bridge in the south of China. Build finite element model to simulationanalysis the Calculation Results in the Stage of cantilever construction and systemconversion. Recognizing the key sampling points in bridge monitoring and theoretical valuerange of displacements and stresses.Because of Linear control and security control is the key of the bridge constructionmonitoring, linear monitoring and stress monitoring is the main work. In the process ofbridge monitoring, some construction camber in different stages are obtained in terms ofnumerical results. Discussing the methods of Error Adjustment. Different ideas of completedbridge camber is introduced. Analysis on the rationality of conventional forecasting methodsConstruction workers often used, and the questions encountered on monitoring andconstruction are described.The measured values of change law and value ranges is analyzed by Comparedmeasured values to theory values. Analysis Results is already used in bridge constructionmonitoring, offering construction instruction and guiding the construction. As a result ofgood effect of this construction monitoring, the bridge have a smooth alignment and closuresafety.By the data collection, main beams’ deflections and stresses curves is obtained. It isconcluded from analysis that the law of deflections and stresses at the CantileverConstruction Stage. In this monitoring practice, monitoring processing is described in detail.The work is a successful case that can be used for reference of the similar bridgesconstruction control.
