Research And Practice Of Tianyuan Complex Based On Symbiosis Theory

As the pace of economic development accelerates,the pressure of work and life in-creases with the increase of income.The fast pace of life makes the urban residents mo-re eager for pastoral life.Through deep thinking on the shortage of rural development,excavating the advantage resources fully,analyzing and studying the practical results at homeand abroad,finding out how to solve the linkage between the three industries is the most important part of rural development.In 2017,the Central Committee’s Document No.1 put forward the "rural complex" for the first time.The pastoral complex is a new form of agriculture and rural development,and also a historical product of the overa-11 d evelopment of urban and rural areas to a certain stage,providing a new and important p1 atform for the solution of the "three rural" issues.Based on the research on urban and rural overall planning in the symbiosis theory,this paper takes the domestic and foreign complex research as the background,the domestic development present situation as the background,using literature research,theoretical and empirical method in combination with practical method and case research method,according to the theory and practice combined cycle mode,construct a modern agricultural park as the carrier,to develop agriculture as the leading factor of the coordinated development of urban and rural areas as a whole new pattern--rural complex.Under the support of the related theories required by the development of the pastoral complex,the construction of the planning model of the garden complex is studied,including the development orientation,the planning principle,the functional area configuration,and the industrial organization and so on.In order to verify whether the rural complex planning model is scientific and reasonable,this paper takes the Anhui Fengyang Xiaogang pastoral complex project as an example to illustrate the plan ning theory and method.Based on the above research,the purpose of the planning and design of the pastorl complex is to break the barrier between urban and rural barriers,make the gap between the urban and rural economic and social life gradually narrowed,and develop synergy,and finally achieve the effect of urban and rural integration,and realize the harmonizati on and unification of urban and rural integration.
