The suddenness of heart disease makes it difficult for some non-sustained abnormal ECG signals to be captured in time.Sometimes it is impossible to make a correct diagnosis and treatment for a patient after going to the hospital for an electrocardiogram after the symptoms of discomfort.As the incidence of cardiovascular disease increases year by year,there is an increasing demand for 24-hour real-time monitoring of cardiac activity and for assisted diagnosis.However,the traditional ECG monitoring equipment has a large number of leads,does not consider a variety of application scenarios,and has the drawback of lack of portability,so it is necessary to study a more convenient ECG monitoring system.With the continuous technological integration of microelectronics,medical and other industries,wearable ECG monitoring equipment has gradually become a research hotspot.This paper designs a wearable single-lead ECG monitoring system,which consists of three parts: ECG monitoring hardware,ECG monitoring clothing as a hardware carrier,and portable ECG monitoring terminal.In order to improve the wearing comfort,the hardware adopts the FPC flexible circuit board design,and the designed circuit board size is 6.4cm×5.7cm.In order to realize the auxiliary diagnosis function,the mathematical morphology method is firstly used to extract the R wave,and then combined with the window scanning method.The Q wave,S wave,P wave and T wave are extracted in turn,and the ECG characteristic parameters with medical value are calculated on the basis of this,and the four types of heart beat recognition and the auxiliary diagnosis of common arrhythmia are carried out with reference to the clinical standard;The function of monitoring,on the one hand,uses the webpage to publish the realtime dynamic transmission of the remote webpage of the ECG signal,and on the other hand,by calling the Baidu map inverse geocoding API,the digitized latitude and longitude information is converted into the formatted_address Chinese character text address information with strong readability.The information is combined with the calculated ECG parameter information and sent to the remote mobile terminal through the GSM module to achieve the monitoring function of the mobile terminal.At the end of the thesis,the function of the portable ECG monitoring terminal was verified.The MIT-BIH arrhythmia database was used to verify the waveform and the auxiliary diagnostic function.In addition,the remote ECG monitoring function was tested and the results met the design requirements.
