The ride comfort is an important criterion for evaluating ride comfort.The simulation analysis of the ride comfort of a five-seater electric sightseeing car can not only evaluate the comfort of the existing model,but also provide it for the optimization design process.Great convenience.Nowadays,the application of computer simulation technology has provided great help for the development of automotive product research and development technology.First of all,based on multi-body dynamics theory,this paper applies SolidWorks 3D drawing software to measure and draw 3D models of all parts of a brand of five-seat electric sightseeing car,converts the 3D model files after drawing,and then imports the files.In ADAMS,the subsystem models such as the front and rear suspension models,the frame model and the tire pavement model are established and simplified in the ADAMS/View module,and the connection between the components is established by using the fixed pair and the rotating pair to realize the material properties.And the determination of the driving parameters,the establishment of the virtual prototype is completed.Secondly,the ADAMS installation program has the initial file of the road spectrum file,and the parameters of the corresponding file are modified to meet the requirements,and the road surface spectrum files such as random road surface,pulse road surface and pit are respectively established,and the road speed is smooth at different speeds for different road conditions.The simulation analysis shows the simulation curve,and the simulation data is compiled and calculated to obtain the ride comfort evaluation.Once again,the actual five-seater electric sightseeing car is equipped with PCM-2532 data collector,three-dimensional floor vibration sensor and three-dimensional cushion sensor and other experimental equipment to complete the construction of the experimental platform,and the smooth ride of the actual vehicle on the main road of the campus.The test and the virtual prototype simulation analysis confirm each other.Finally,the stiffness and damping coefficient of the suspension are used as the optimization parameters,and the approximate D-optimal design is used to optimize the design.This paper studies the virtual prototyping technology based on virtual prototyping technology,using computer simulation technology to establish a virtual prototype simulation analysis of electric sightseeing car,which reduces the research and development cost and time period to a certain extent,and has certain engineering application value.Figure[77] table[14] reference[62]...
