Countries the long rui yuan rui enterprise headquarters office building with light steel keel partition project,located in the south of taiyuan city liuzhou street,east of pingyang south road,west of liuzhou,loop,liuzhou,north of the south street,due to the project deadline office after indoor light weight partition wall cracks in some parts,therefore,in order to make the new wall materials can be applied to the engineering practice better,eliminate its due to environment in the engineering and construction factors and cracks problem,to reduce the engineering cost of partition and construction cost.This paper mainly analyzes the mechanical properties of indoor partition panel in longruiyuan project of taiyuan city and records the process of crack generation.The main test conclusions are as follows:(1)In taiyuan city the long rui yuan change of proportion of three kinds of indoor partition wall board along with age and the compressive strength,tensile strength,elastic modulus,shrinkage value changes mechanical performance test,analysis of taiyuan longrui garden project interior partition wall board intensity increases along with the increase of glass fiber strength,the long rui garden project low indoor partition board strength,shrinkage value is too large is one of the partition panel of the main causes of cracks.(2)Through the test on the effect of moisture content of indoor partition panel on drying shrinkage in longruiyuan project in taiyuan city,it is determined that the greater the moisture content of indoor partition panel in longruiyuan project is,the greater the drying shrinkage value is,and the larger the moisture content of the partition panel after installation is also one of the main reasons for the cracking of the partition panel.(3)Through the stability test of indoor partition wall in longruiyuan,taiyuan city,to determine the stress of light steel keel,the stress and strain data of wallboard in tension and compression zone,and the process of wallboard crack generation,it is concluded that the unreasonable installation structure of light weight partition wall is also the main reason of partition wall crack generation.(4)Through the analysis of the bearing capacity of three kinds of light weight indoor partition walls in the longruiyuan project in taiyuan,it is concluded that the carrying capacity of indoor partition walls in the longruiyuan project in taiyuan meets the installation requirements.(5)Tnalysis of prevention measures for partition crack: indoor partition of longruiyuan project in taiyuan city must have reasonable structure and specific stiffness of light steel keel skeleton,and then the partition panel must be dry.Light steel keel framework must meet the requirements of joint construction,solid connection between walls,accurate setting of light steel keel framework and inspection and acceptance quality by professional technical management personnel.
