The measurement of ammunition terminal parameters is one of the key technologies in the analysis of ballistic characteristic parameters,ammunition evaluation and target damage evaluation in live fire.The purpose of the research on the ammunition terminal testing system is to establish a set of miniaturized ammunition terminal measuring equipment which is suitable for the vast majority of sites,economical,high precision and easy to operate according to the measuring environment of the range and the characteristics of ammunition movement.Measured at the end of the thesis expounds the ammunition technology present situation and the development,analyzed the strengths and weaknesses of the vast majority of measurements,combined with this topic test requirements,proposed by the establishment of the model of monocular camera based on high-speed camera binocular measurement method,using the Settings in the high-speed camera near the plan hit area measurement unit to collect images,through the acquisition of image sequences,the target objects in the same field of view within the scope of the simultaneous imaging model,and then after image processing,target detection,target tracking,the reduction of 3 d scene,so as to realize the ammunition parameters at the end of the computation.Firstly,based on the characteristic points of sequential images,the paper establishes the relationship between the measurement of ammunition terminal parameters,establishes the eyesore imaging model,and deduces the transformation process of the four coordinate systems of image pixel coordinate system,image physical coordinate system,camera coordinate system and world coordinate system according to the mapping relationship between sequential images and space.The axis convergence structure model in the binocular model was selected by the mapping model corresponding to the two stations for spatial synchronization,and the spatial position,velocity and attitude of ammunition in the ammunition end parameters were deduced.The main key parameters of the station layout were analyzed to improve the structural accuracy of the test system.Finally,aiming at the requirements of measurement of ammunition terminal parameters in military range and scientific research experiments,a measurement system combining software and hardware was designed.The software system was established based on C# and OpenCV open source library,and the hardware system was established based on high-speed camera and RTK.Then the system test is designed to verify the testing accuracy of the whole system,and it is concluded that the error range of the testing system at the ammunition end can meet the engineering needs.
