With the continuous occurrence of fire accidents,the safety of firefighters has gradually received attention.As an effective tool for fire rescue,intelligent fire-fighting robot can replace firefighters into dangerous places for rescue and reduce the casualty rate of firefighters.The design of intelligent fire-fighting robots is gradually gaining people's attention,and how to improve the effective interaction between firefighters and intelligent fire-fighting robots,how to improve the firefighters' awareness of intelligent fire-fighting robots through design,how to better integrate intelligent technology to make fire-fighting work safer and more efficient is a key issue in design.This paper discusses the design of intelligent fire-fighting robots in combination with the ideas and methods of PACT systemization.Firstly,this paper reviews the research status of fire-fighting robots at home and abroad,and studies the classification,structure,walking mode and intelligent mode of intelligent firefighting robots in detail,and combines two typical products from product structure,materials and forms,color,interaction mode to explain.Secondly,based on the concept,components,design process and design method of the interactive system PACT,this paper explores intelligent fire-fighting robots from the aspects of people(P),technologies(T),context(C),and activities(A).Through the analysis of the user's psychology and physiology,the paper establishes the user role model and the user operation task model,then analyzes the human-computer interaction activity model of the user in the firefighting scene.In addition,based on the above content,the design requirements model and human-computer interaction design model are established respectively.In the design requirements model,the requirements are divided into three levels: functional requirements,usage requirements and emotional needs.In the human-computer interaction design model,the key problems and solutions in human-computer interaction are summarized.Finally,according to the interactive design process and method,this paper establishes a design framework suitable for intelligent fire-fighting robots,and applies this design framework to the design of intelligent fire-fighting robots in design practice.The design has been approved by the company.In short,this paper applies the design theory of interactive system PACT to the design of intelligent fire-fighting robots,and makes a practical exploration for better design of intelligent fire-fighting robots.This paper provides a useful reference for the theoretical research and design development of intelligent fire fighting robots.
