Corrosion of steel bars has become one of the most concerned disasters in the world.The main influencing factors of the bearing capacity of reinforced concrete structure caused by steel bar rust are the damage of longitudinal steel bar,the damage of concrete section and the degradation of the bond between corroded steel bar and concrete.At present,the research on the rust-expanded reinforced concrete structure focuses on the model test,and only makes a brief analysis of the test data.Aiming at the shortcomings of the previous experimental research,this paper carried out the studies on electrochemical acceleration of reinforced the corrosive test method,on the basis of which without stirrups corrosive reinforced concrete member bearing capacity of scale indoor test,the influence on bearing capacity of reinforced the corrosive to concrete structures to do the further research,in this paper,a more perfect without stirrups section formula of bearing capacity of corroded reinforced concrete structures,and numerical calculation of ABAQUS analysis model which is based on test results,analyzes the different reinforcement ratio,concrete strength and reinforcement strength grade under different corrosive effect of the influence law of bearing capacity of components.The results can provide a theoretical basis for the durability design of reinforced concrete structures.Based on laboratory test results and theoretical analysis,the following main conclusions are obtained in this paper:(1)Through electrochemical accelerating corroded reinforced indoor material experiment electric flux of concrete and steel bar buckling test analysis of concrete resistance to chloride penetration reinforcement corrosion variability,verify the feasibility of concrete mixture ratio design,formula of electrochemical corrosion of steel bars and corrosion steel yield strength the accuracy of the models,to provide basic data for the reinforced concrete pressure test.(2)Through the analysis of the reinforced concrete member pressure test,the effect of reinforcement corrosion and rust on the influence of the axial compressive properties of reinforced concrete structure,the results show that the bearing capacity of reinforced the corrosive effect on structure influence bigger by electrochemical accelerated corroded reinforced concrete member scale model test,get the rate of reinforcement corrosion rate on the influence law of axial compressive bearing capacity,put forward a perfect without stirrups corrosion formula of ultimate bearing capacity of reinforced concrete structures.(3)By carrying out ABAQUS numerical simulation analysis and comparing the simulation results with the test results,the rationality and accuracy of the model in this paper are verified,the influence law of steel bar rust expansion on the compressive bearing capacity of members is studied,and the design method of reinforced concrete structure bearing capacity based on steel bar rust expansion is proposed.
