China's automotive industry has been developing rapidly since entering 21 centuries,at the same time,more and more auto parts enterprises enter the market,including some foreign enterprises and joint ventures.In recent years,the market still keeping a high demand to automobile,but the competition between automobile manufacturers become more intense,so the auto parts suppliers also are under big pressure.With the development of the global economy integration,the automobile manufacturers start to look for auto parts supplier globally which can supply products with better quality and lower price.Chinese auto parts enterprises must compete with the domestic competitors,and the stronger overseas competitors in technology and management as well,at the same time,the enterprises also need to face the disadvantages of China's demographic dividend already disappeared and the labor cost is increased year by year.Under such circumstances,Chinese auto parts manufacturers must make competitive strategy timely according to the external environment and their status,so that they could be the winners in competitive market.As is stated above,this paper based on classic theories like Competitive Strategy Theory,Resource-based view etc.and the analysis of domestic and foreign research literature,adopts methods of combination of micro analysis and macro analysis,qualitative and quantitative,forward step by step,makes a deep research for the competitive strategy of JXZZ Company.JXZZ Company belongs to automobile internal combustion engine parts industry.The main products are ring carriers and salt cores which are used to engine piston.This paper analyses external environment in detail by PEST analyze method and Five Forces Model,finds out the opportunities and threats the enterprise is facing,and makes quantitative evaluation of opportunities and threats with EFE matrix,gets the result that JXZZ Company does good than in taking advantage of opportunities and avoiding threats.In addition,this paper analyzes the internal environment of enterprise which including enterprise resources,technology researching and developing ability,quality assurance ability,cost controlling ability,etc.,finds out the advantages and disadvantages,and makes quantitative evaluation with IFE matrix for the key factors that affects enterprise development of advantages and disadvantages,gets the result that the internal condition of JXZZ Company is in a great position.According to competition strategy,this paper analyses the adaptability for the key factors of opportunities,threats,advantages and disadvantages to professor Porter's three basic competition strategies(low-cost strategy,differentiation strategy,centralization strategy)with QSPM quantitative matrix,gets the result that JXZZ Company should adopt low-cost competitive strategy,and proposes 8 specific implementation measures like optimizing technical process,reducing purchasing cost,implementing lean production,improving the level of automatic and intelligent for equipment,etc.,and 8 safeguard measures like optimizing organizing structure,improving the cost consciousness of whole staff,improving innovation ability,etc..This paper fits the current situations of JXZZ Company,it can be used directly to JXZZ Company for selecting and implementing of competitive strategy,it also can offer references for current many domestic auto parts enterprise,especially for internal combustion engine parts enterprises.
