As a new material type ship,rotomolding ship has good market application prospects because of its good stability,pollution-free and recyclable characteristics.Different from other ships,the hull material of the rotomolding ship has a small elastic modulus.When the rotomolding hull is driving on the sea surface,the stress and deformation of the hull are greater under the action of the wave water pressure,and the fishing boat will occur when the parking is docked.the displacement problem is serious.The transverse bulkhead not only divides the hull into different compartments,but also improves the hull's ability to resist lateral pressure and displacement.Therefore,in order to solve the problem of large hull pressure and deformation,this paper takes a 10.1 m rotomolding fishing boat as the research object,and calculates,analyzes and compares its hull structural strength and lateral displacement by changing the structural form of its bulkhead.The main work is:By reviewing the literature,the existing bulkhead forms are summarized,and the representative bulkhead forms are selected as the research objects,and the different types of bulkheads are designed with the same quality of the bulkheads;Coastal Boat Classification and Construction Code,determine the calculation conditions and calculated loads of ships under different conditions,establish the whole ship model of different bulkheads through finite element software,and carry out finite element for the whole ship model under different bulkhead forms.Direct calculation;comparing the stress and displacement diagrams of different bulkhead forms,the influence law of different bulkhead forms on the hull structure is obtained,and a reasonable bulkhead design form is obtained.The main conclusions are as follows: the change of bulkhead form can reduce the stress and displacement of the rotomolding ship,but this method can only reduce the stress and displacement of the hull,and the effect of the part farther from the hull is less;The arrangement of the stiffeners on the bulkhead and the arrangement of the troughs can reduce the lateral force of the hull,but pay attention to the force at the hull deck,otherwise the displacement and stress of the hull will become larger;in all the calculated data,the trapezoidal trough horizontally arranging the bulkhead has the best effect of reducing the hull stress and displacement.
