Studied On Application Of Moving Object Detection Method In Intelligent Substation

With the continuous development of our power industry,security of substation has become a more and more concerned issue of the power management departments.One of the core requirements of substation security system is to deal with the occurrence or potential abnormality in time,and save the audio and video data.The intelligent substation auxiliary integrated monitoring system acquires and analyses the image,video and alarm signal uploaded by the substation equipment through video image analysis and alarm management software,and carrying out automatic management of substation with the unified management platform of superior power emergency center,including virtual zone protection configuration,target detection,target tracking,alarm setting and so on.It can alleviate the workload of dispatching and monitoring person,and have high practical value.The thesis analyzes the system function through substation intelligent security protection requirements,and focuses on the theory and application of video analysis technology in intelligent substation video surveillance.Based on video moving target detection and tracking recognition technology,comparing the different video background modeling and target tracking algorithms.The target tracking is performed by moving target detection method based on background updating,and the algorithm is improved by comparing indoor and outdoor illumination changes and shadow detection removal.The practical application effect of the algorithm is verified by simulation experiments.Finally,based on the software engineering design and network topology structure,designed the intelligent substation auxiliary integrated monitoring system,and realized the moving object detection method which based on the background difference.The test showed that this method has improved obviously in the accuracy and real-time of moving object detection compared with other methods.It provides effective assistance for substation security management,equipment patrol management and master station system integration,and achieves good economic and social benefits.
