The reliability management level of distribution network can directly reflect the level of enterprise management and grid equipment as well as the level of service commitment to the society.Reliability statistics analysis has played a decisive role in the reliability management.The level of the company's power supply reliability can be reflected from the data point of view,also the other problems of the reliability management of the enterprise.At present,through the establishment and deployment of information collection and monitoring system,it can collect outage data and find out the problems of power grid through data analysis.At the same time,by establishing a certain index analysis system and management methods to improve the authenticity of data analysis,there are still some analytical deviations,for example,the acquisition system is missing,the power failure causes maintenance errors,the power failure event does not match the scheduling log,etc.These problems have a certain impact on the accuracy of data analysis.Through in-depth analysis and research on the influencing factors of distribution network reliability index,we can find out the influence of different influencing factors on the index changes.Through the optimization and prediction of index parameters,we can accurately grasp the reliability of distribution network in the future.It is propitious to put forward effective management measures in engineering construction and operation overhaul to improve the reliability of power supply enterprises.The optimization and forecasting of distribution network reliability index are studied in this paper.The main contents are as follows:(1)The distribution network failure indicators and their influencing factors are analyzed.All the factors related to the reliability assessment of the distribution network are decomposed and classified,and the parameters directly related to the index setting are summarized too.and the influencing factors are analyzed in combination with the work experience of the distribution network inspection;(2)The statistical mode of the power failure indicator of the distribution network is optimized.Based on the power failure outage data in Laiwu area and the basic data of each power system account,the problems existing in the current statistical methods are analyzed.and the calculation methods are improved.Then the optimized values of the failure indicators closer to the real situation are obtained:(3)The power failure indicators of Laiwu distribution network is forecasted and the next improvement measures for the weak links are proposed in this paper.Firstly,according to the actual situation of Laiwu power grid,the specific reasons affecting the failure indicators are analyzed.On this basis,the appropriate mathematical model is selected to predict the indicators for the next year.Finally,the current pain points in the operation and maintenance management work and the health status of the power grid equipment,are found out based on the forecast results,then the management improvement measures and engineering investment recommendations are proposed in order to improve the reliability of the distribution network,and maximize the input-output ratio.
