At present,lithiasis has gradually become one of the diseases with high morbidity in China,and the commonly used stone treatment methods all have some limitations.Therefore,a kind of human stone treatment equipment with high reliability and good stone removal efficiency has a great prospect of application.High voltage pulse rock splitting technology has great advantages in crushing brittle materials,so this paper uses this technology as the technical principle of human stone crushing.By analyzing the principle of dielectric breakdown,it can be concluded that only when the rising time of high-voltage pulse is less than 500 ns can the solid medium be broken in liquid medium effectively.The following two techniques are usually used to obtain the high voltage pulse with the rising time less than 500 ns.One is to generate high voltage pulses by using capacitor charging and energy storage to discharge the load through the switch;Second,Marx generator is used to generate high voltage pulse.On the basis of analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of these two schemes,the innovation scheme of this paper are put forward.Firstly,a low voltage pulse generator circuit is developed based on the principle of first scheme to generate low-voltage pulse;Secondly,a pulse transformer is developed to boost the voltage of the low-voltage pulse,thus replacing the Marx generator's front-stage circuit,so that the Marx generator is only one stage left;Finally,a two-electrode gas switch is developed to replace the high-voltage trigger switch.So the circuit scheme is mainly composed of a primary circuit,a pulse transformer and a Marx generator circuit.This scheme can effectively avoid the intervention of HVDC power supply and HV trigger power supply,making the circuit more simple and reliable and obtaining more pulse energy by means of shunt capacitance.A high-voltage pulse generator is developed based on the circuit scheme.Its main components include low-voltage DC power supply,low-voltage switch and its control system,energy storage capacitor,pulse transformer,two-electrode gas switch and its air circuit system,pulse discharge electrode and energy-consuming water resistance.According to the fragmentation experiment of the tablets,the pulse peak voltage of the system output of the pulse generator is about 7.3kV when the primary energy storage capacitor is charged at 200 V,and the rise time of the pulse voltage is about 10.31 ns.The system output meets the requirements and also verifies the feasibility of the human body stone crushing system based on the pulse transformer.
