In recent years,with the rapid development of the national economy,people's living standards have been increased,and the rigid demand for automobiles has become more vigorous.The automobile manufacturing industry has ushered in a golden period of development,but the surge in orders has made production capacity tight.The bridge manufacturing enterprise which is the object of this article was facing such a problem in the process of the brige finished product racks.The unloading process of the finished product rack has continued used the general forklift handling method in the world.The original quantity of forklifts in this plant just meets the capacity requirements before boost production.With the process optimization for the production line which will lead to the increase of production capacity,the production takt of unloading process must be matched with the optimized production cycle time,and it is necessary to purchase a new forklift to ensure that the work of unloading is completed in time.The new addition forklifts will make the space to be crowded;the mutual interference between the forks will increase the failure rate of stacking and untwisting;and frequently cross-operation will lead to high-risk safety hazards.Therefore,this paper takes the process of automatic three-dimensional storage equipment as the guide,analyzes the three key production links of the material transfer,untwisting and stacking of the traditional bridge and the lower bridge process,and determines the work cycle of each link,under the forklift handling mode.The unloading process is about 89 s.According to the production takt of each link of the new plan,the automatic transmission,stacking and untwisting system of the finished product rack is designed.The system uses intelligent PLC control system,which can automatically complete the three links of material rack transfer,untwisting and stacking,replacing the traditional logistics mode transmitted by forklift.The design goal of production takt is no more than 80 s.The actual operation results shows that the actual production takt is 68 s and meets the design requiremnt,the production efficiency has remarkably improved and the failure rate is reduced so that the safety of production is ensured.At the same time,it saves logistics costsand it is of great significance to lean production,optimize the production line beat and promotion the intelligent development in the automotive industry.
