With the rapid development of new energy vehicles,various countries around the world are increasingly demanding new energy vehicles.As the core component of new energy vehicles,the safety of power batteries is particularly prominent.Due to the weakness of industrial control system in data communication security,there are various security risks such as data leakage and data tampering in the production process of power battery,which will lay hidden safety risks for the application of power battery in new energy vehicles in the future.Therefore,it is very important and urgent to study the security of communication protocol in power battery control system.In view of the lack of confidentiality of Modubs protocol,this thesis chooses AES algorithm to encrypt it.AES algorithm carries out column confusion transformation operation in bytes,while most processors used in power battery control system are 32-bit,so AES algorithm cannot make the processor reach the optimal state.In addition,embedded system resources are limited,and the way of programming also has an important impact on algorithm performance.In order to solve these problems,an improved AES algorithm based on query table operation is proposed in this thesis.On the one hand,the S-Box table of AES algorithm and the query table generated by inverse S-Box table are simplified or stored centrally,and two specific schemes are given which can be applied according to the actual embedded platform.On the other hand,combined with the characteristics of C language and embedded system,several principles of programming code are sorted out.Through the improvement of the above two aspects and the analysis and comparison of the two schemes,the results show that the improved algorithm has good performance,which can not only meet the requirements of the system on the confidentiality of communication protocol,but also meet the requirements of the system on the real-time communication process.In this thesis,the implementation of the algorithm in the system,from the hardware and software aspects of the design,and at the end of a simple and easy to operate scheme to verify the implementation of the algorithm.The experimental results show that the communication protocol has confidentiality and the system can realize encryption and decryption.
