Research On Risk Control Of IT Projects In H Company Based On AHP

IT project group management has attracted much attention in China in recent years,and there is still an important factor that affects the development of IT group management.In the research of this article,through the combination of practical cases,there are shortcomings and problems in the parallel construction of multiple IT projects in H company.Combining the relevant data of H company and the basis of the existing advanced project group risk management theory,the fuzzy identification and fuzzy relationship evaluation are carried out in the management of IT project group based on the relevant factors of project group risk management through the application of fuzzy computing ideas and influence graph methods.In the analysis and discussion of this paper,we focus on the analysis of the current project operation status of H company and the existing problems in the risk management of IT project group.Finally,it proposes targeted solutions.In the research and analysis of this paper,the risk monitoring,identification and evaluation of risk management of IT project group are carried out in the light of the current development of multi-project risk management in H company.Then,aiming at the disadvantages and shortcomings in the current management of IT project group in the enterprise,it can reduce the enterprise IT through the process of risk identification,probability of occurrence of statistical group risk,selection of key risk factors.The corresponding measures are put forward for the purpose of risk occurrence probability of the project group.Based on the research topics and background.and introduces the concept of risk management of project group and IT proj ect group management.Then,based on the systematic analysis of the current situation of the actual operation of the H company under the conditions of the current IT project group management in the application of the company,and put forward targeted solutions.Although this paper systematically evaluates and analyzes the probability of risk occurrence in project groups,it still has certain limitations in terms of research.Because in actual research,only a relatively comprehensive evaluation of the changes and impact of a single factor is performed.Simulation simulation,Because in the future study and research needs to be gradually enriched and perfect for this issue.
