Surface texture as an important means of surface modification is one of the important research directions in the field of tribology.Engraving the textures on the surface of the servo cylinder piston can effectively improve the lubrication performance of the cylinderpiston system,reduce the friction and improve the mechanical efficiency of the equipment.In order to explore the lubrication mechanism of the textured piston surface,obtain reasonable texture parameters,and the interaction between multiple textures,this paper has done the following work:(1)The Reynolds equation was used to mathematically model the flow field between the single micro-texture of the piston surface and the inner circle of the cylinder of the hydraulic cylinder,and the ultra-relaxation iterative method was used for numerical solution of the micro-texture of different opening shapes.Oil film pressure distribution and tribological property parameters are obtained.(2)Study the influence of micro-texture opening shape,depth-diameter ratio and piston moving speed to dynamic lubrication performance and get the best parameter.The results show that the micro-texture of different opening shapes on the surface of the piston can improve the dynamic pressure lubrication performance of the piston surface;the increase of the piston movement speed leads to the deterioration of the dynamic pressure lubrication performance of the piston surface;the optimum aspect ratio is 0.009.(3)Establish a single-textured model and a nine-textured model,compare the simulation results of the two models with the experiment,and analyze the effect of the synergy between textures on the lubrication performance.It was found that there was a synergistic effect between the multiple textures;as the area ratio of the texture increased,the positive effect of synergy gradually increased and then decreased.The speed at light loads does not substantially alter the effects of synergies.The synergistic effect between the groove textures is more obvious and plays a more positive role in lubrication.The width and distance of the grooves are important factors.
