With the rapid development of highway transportation in China, the number of bridges and vehicles are gradually increasing.Under the influence of road and bridge roughness,it will cause the vertical vibration of vehicles on the bridge, affect the safety and comfort of driving, amplify the local impact on the bridge, and accelerate the local damage of the bridge.According to incomplete statistics, the dynamic load of the bridge deck under the bumping action is several times of the static load.In previous studies, the established vehicle-bridge coupling system could not reflect the complete process of vehicle-bridge coupling,take-off impact, separation from bridge surface, falling impact and re-coupling.Aiming at the importance of jumping on the bridge in vehicle-bridge coupling dynamics, the main contents and conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)This paper reviews the current situation and development of vehicle-bridge coupling research at home and abroad and summarizes the main research results.Based on the above, the importance of vehicle-bridge jump in vehicle-bridge coupling dynamics and the significance of vehicle safety and bridge dynamic response analysis are clarified.(2)Various numerical methods for solving dynamic system are discussed and deduced in detail, and the solution programs are developed based on MATLAB software respectively. The classical fourth-order runge-kutta algorithm for solving dynamic system is optimized, which is called “Improved RK” algorithm in this paper. It is verified that the proposed algorithm has better overall performance in solving accuracy, stability and efficiency.(3)A two-system suspension non-close sticker model is proposed, and builds a two-system suspension vehicle numerical model(close sticker and non-close sticker)based on MATLAB.ADAMS software proves that the two-system suspension non-close sticker model established in this paper is accurate and reliable.(4)The vehicle-bridge coupling analysis program CBWD is developed based on the Improved RK algorithm and the two-system suspension non-close sticker model proposed in this paper. With the newly proposed CBWD program, the effects of different jumping heights, different jumping positions and different running speeds on the dynamic response of the bridge are compared and analyzed, and the spectrum analysis of acceleration is carried out.At last, the remarkable frequencies and external factors affecting the vibration characteristics of the bridge are summarized.
