Water transport industry is a basic guiding,service industry,the development of the society,has formed a part of the comprehensive transportation system.The water transport industry has played an important role in supporting the stability of the national economy,improving the development of homeland and industry,promoting foreign trade and international competitiveness,and safeguarding national equity and economic securityWith the successful convening of the 13 th Five-Year plan,the promulgation of the 13 th Five-Year development plan for water transport and the 2013-2020 development outline put forward by the ministry of transport,China's shipping industry has entered a new stage of development.Inland river shipping industry faces many problems at the same time,such as the main channel,power waterway navigation bottlenecks high standards and lacking the ability to direct,protect the channel resources to promote,inland port needs to be optimized structure and service function is relatively single,pivot is not strong,inland water transport ship standardization,specialization degree is not high.After the three gorges,the water level in the reservoir area is obviously increased,and as the water level in the reservoir area rises,the river channel wind tends to rise.The ship is obviously affected by the wind effect when sailing in the river course in the reservoir area,which leads to the change of the motion state and the threat to ship operation.Due to the higher value of wind influences on ship maneuvering,researchers at home and abroad have done more research,but mainly concentrated on the influence of Marine vessel on wind effect and less research on the influence of wind effect on the ship of inland waterway.So in this paper,ship maneuvering motion in the deep and plane 2-d water mathematical model established on the basis of the mathematical model of ship maneuvering motion under the wind effect is considered.Combined with the wind data of the relevant channels in the three gorges reservoir area,it is processed and analyzed to provide reference for the navigation of ships in the three gorges reservoir area.(1)First of all,this paper introduces the current situation of two-dimensional flow model,mathematical model of ship maneuvering motion,and mathematical model of ship maneuvering motion considering wind effect at home and abroad.(2)By analyzing and processing the measured data of wind speed and direction of relevant river sections in the three gorges reservoir area,the relevant characteristics of river channel wind in the reservoir area are obtained.(3)This paper introduces the principle of two-dimensional flow mathematical model and discrete solution method,and USES Fortran language to write the relevant program to calculate the flow,and carries out the flow numerical simulation of the project relying on the Yangtze river section in FengJie area,to verify the feasibility of the flow model,and to provide the relevant flow field data for the numerical simulation of ship maneuvering motion.(4)Based on MMG model,the mathematical model of ship maneuvering motion including ship motion equation and various hydrodynamic parameters was established under the condition of deep water.Runge-kutta method is used to solve the problem.On this basis,the ship turning performance test,ship turning test and z-type test were carried out to verify the reliability of the ship mathematical model with the actual ship parameters under the conditions of moving water and still water.(5)In the mathematical model of deep-water ship maneuvering,the influence of wind effect on ships was further considered,and the mathematical model of ship maneuvering under wind effect was established to verify the influence of water flow velocity,ship velocity and ship by wind effect.(6)To select the section of the three gorges the FengJie river and the wind data from,and to use the actual water conditions under the water conditions under the conditions of the ship under the conditions of the ship and to analyze the ship's trajectory and the parameters of the ship under different conditions.
