Research On Planning Of Turpan Winery

In recent years,Chinese wineries have flourished and produced Zhangyu Love Fort,Grace Vneyard,COFCO JunDing,Yantai Custer and other well-known wineries.As one of the four major grape producing areas in China,the winery in Turpan also in the primary development stage.Now,most of the studies on it from the point of economics and management development,rarely from the planning.Therefore,winery lacks a reasonable planning model as a guide.In this paper,literature access and case analysis are basal methods.Research and learn the planning experience from excellent winery in domestic.This paper analysis the main function,features,types and development model and summarises up the winery planning theory system.There are many problems in Loulan,TuoLing and other well-known wineries in Turpan through the investigate of them,such as winery industrial structure too single,low level of infrastructure construction,unreasonable distribution of winery building,style is too similar,lacks leisure space and experience activities,etc.To this end,the author propose reasonable planning and construction model in Turpan winery,as follows:Turpan winery planning should rely on its unique climate resources and geographical environment,combine the wine culture with regional culture,highlight the historical and cultural connotation of the winery.Winery planing divide into pre-planning,factor planning and post-marketing.The specific content include site selection,basic data analysis,winery positioning,spatial structure division,functional partitioning,etc.Eventually,creating different style and unique flavor of the winery and promoting the the development of industry structure in the general direction.Put forward the natural environment and cultural environment of Turpan are the important guiding factors for the planning of winery.Eventually,the author take TianYuan Winery as an example which in the Turpan Grape Industrial Park to verify the research results.The natural and cultural environment of turpan are the important guiding factors for the planning of winery.
