The power communication network is an important part of the power system to ensure the safe and stable operation of this power system.The stable operation of power safety production support systems such as dispatch automation,stability control and relay protection in power systems is closely related to the safe and reliable operation of the power communication network.With the development and maturity of ultra-high-voltage long-distance transmission technology,more power communication services need to be transmitted through the power communication network,and the dependence of the power system on the power communication network is increasing.If the power communication network fails,the power system will cause serious damage and even threatens the stability and security of society.Therefore,the research on reliability assessment of power communication network is of great significance to ensure the stable operation of the power system and enhance the robustness of the power grid.However,as the scale of the power communication network increases and the structure becomes more complex,the amount of information carried on various services is also rapidly increasing.The traditional power communication network reliability evaluation method cannot meet the real-time situation in terms of time performance.This paper combines the community structure theory in complex networks to evaluate the reliability of the power communication network from the local and global perspectives,aiming at improving the timeliness of power communication network reliability assessment methods.This paper first proposes a node/link reliability evaluation method based on community structure,and evaluates the reliability of power communication network from the local perspective.Firstly,the topology of the power communication network is established.The network structure of the power communication network is analyzed by the complex network theory.Then the community structure of the power communication network is mined by the community mining algorithm.Based on the community structure of the power communication network,the power communication network node/link reliability indicator is Constructed.Finally,the rationality of the node/link reliability indicator is verified by simulation.Then a method of all-terminal reliability evaluation of the power communication network based on community structure is proposed,and the reliability of power communication network is evaluated from the global perspective.Firstly,the all-terminal reliability calculation method considering node/link failure is introduced.Then,according to the community structure of power communication network,the all-terminal reliability calculation method is improved by using the divide and conquer strategy.Finally,the recursive theory is used to improve the SDP(Sum of Disjoint Products)approach algorithm in the reliability calculation.The simulation results show that the all-terminal reliability evaluation method of this paper has a great improvement in space complexity,time complexity and result accuracy.Through the above research,this paper improves the traditional power communication network reliability assessment method,establishes the efficient power communication network node/link reliability indicator,and improves the power communication network all-terminal reliability calculation method,making it suitable for the reliability assessment of the wide-area power communication network.This paper evaluates the reliability of the power communication network from the perspective of the local and global performance of the network.
