The Reliability Research Of Network Construction Projects About Langfang Electric Power Communication

Electric power communication network is an important part of the power system, is the basis of electricity production scheduling automation and management modernization, and is an important means to ensure grid security, stability, and economic operation. With the rapid development of the power grid and communications technology, the electric power communications network has evolved into a very complex system, and how to safeguard the smooth communication is particularly prominent in emergency situations. So how to ensure reliable operation and how to improve the anti-accident ability becomes a very important research topic.In this paper, according to the electric power communication network structure and network reliability studies, combined with the Langfang power communications network status and the problems, also with the different system functions in the network,the research work is based on switching systems, transmission systems, communication power from scheduling systems and communications management, and other aspects. In exchange for scheduling system study, mainly in the original spare scheduling machine design is not reasonable, can’t play a standby switching nodes actual effect, this paper puts forward the transparent transmission technology, new switching nodes, with two parallel machine to share fault risk pressure and realizing the scheduling system for foreign exchange the switches tolerant. In the transmission system study, the development of the company with communication network is not harmonious, with an electric communication network backward condition, puts forward a suitable for the business requirements of the distribution network, a variety of means of communication with the combination of practical, high speed transmission platform solutions. At the same time communication management system construction technical means is proposed in order to improve the communication network operation ability, resources optimization ability, business support capacity and the professional management ability.
