Analysis And Design Strategies Of Coastal Architectural Style In Qinhuangdao

In recent years,with the rapid development of urbanization in China,the image of the city is changing with each passing day.In the carnival of rapid development,the style of the city is becoming more and more similar,and it is difficult to identify one side of a thousand cities.The reasons are nothing more than the rugged influx of capital tide,the pressure of rapid development tasks,the simple and crude evaluation criteria,and the cultural erosion led by globalization,which lead to the rapid weakening or even disappearance of the city’s regional characteristics,which are rooted in our lack of in-depth research and understanding of our own economy,culture,technology and other fields.Faced with the new era of China’s overall rise,how to build a "thousand cities,thousands of faces" with distinctive regional characteristics has become a new research and practice topic of urban construction and renewal in the new era.Qinhuangdao,as a coastal city with great natural environment and humanistic and historical characteristics,should present distinct urban characteristics,but it is beset by the common failures of traditional urban planning and design.The urban and architectural styles are faced with such problems as lack of regional characteristics,unclear regional themes,confusion of architectural styles and mixed design techniques.In view of various problems existing in the architectural style of Qinhuangdao coastal area,this paper creatively combines the "regional connotation" with the "analytic hierarchy process".That is to say,the original "regional connotation" as the core guides the hierarchical analysis method,fully excavates the regional cultural connotation and temperament of Qinhuangdao as the core idea,and based on the micro-level architectural form of the controlled change and adjustment,then emerges as distinct.The technical line of macro-style explores the regional expression strategy of coastal architecture style of Qinhuangdao at different levels.The first chapter of the paper puts forward the research objectives and defines the research objects,puts forward the research innovation points and technical route;the second chapter reviews the successful cases of domestic and foreign related research and coastal landscape design;the third chapter finds and summarizes the expression forms of coastal architecture regional characteristics based on cases;the fourth chapter discusses the architectural features of the main coastal areas of Qinhuangdao one by one,using case comparison and drawings.By means of demonstration research and analytic hierarchy process,the overall style,monomer form,plane form,space layout and decorative symbols of existing coastal buildings are systematically analyzed and summarized,and the regional expression logic and realization path of coastal urban architectural style are profoundly revealed.In the fifth chapter,based on the research results,Qinhuangdao is put forward from the perspective of micro-architectural design.Chapter 6 examines the applicability of the research results in the light of specific practical cases.Through the analysis of the factors affecting the coastal building,according to the urban planning and architectural features of different administrative regions of Qinhuangdao,the advantageous areas are converted to build a complete and unique coastal landscape line of Qinhuangdao.In the process of inheritance and development,the transition between old and new buildings is sought.There is both innovation and inheritance,so that the old and new buildings can naturally merge.
