The visual environment inside the urban residential community is an important part of the overall visual landscape of the city.It can not only reflect the rationality of the layout of the urban space,but also enable residents to feel the higher quality of living space.Under the background of a large number of towns and villages starting urbanization process,understand the changing rules of three-dimensional visual ability in the residential community along with urban development,find out the main influencing factors,optimize the planning space for residential communities and effectively improve the happiness index of urban and rural residents.It is of great significance.At this stage,the building height of China's cities continues to grow,and the superposition of buildings is becoming more and more complicated.The traditional visual analysis methods for this phenomenon show many shortcomings.In order to solve the outstanding problem of building occlusion of the line of sight,according to the research progress of 3D visual analysis at the present stage and the related feature characteristics of the line-of-view analysis in the residential area,the four types of general-purpose indicators reflecting the visibility based on the line of sight are obtained.The visual capabilities within the assessment are compared and compared.As the most obvious way to convey the change of space occupation,line of sight can not only be accurately obtained by relatively convenient and feasible calculation methods,but also the controllability of length extension can reflect the changes brought by urban construction to the visibility of the interior within different distances.The exploration of the visibility distribution of the cell can more deeply understand the changing law and influencing factors of the visibility of the cell in the space-time dimension.Provide a basis for urban planning and construction,and improve the guidance level for the construction of human settlements.In the research process,this paper introduces 3DGIS technology with strong ability to process spatial information,and simplifies the building in the visual scene into the observed point.The urban digital elevation model(UDEM)is used as the basis for calculation.Visual analysis,calculated the maximum visual distance,average visual distance,visual field area and “D/H” index representing the degree of spatial openness of the viewpoints in different years.Analyze the spatial morphological differentiation of visual indices in the study range in 2005,2010 and 2015,use Kriging interpolation to analyze the trend,summarize the distribution of the index in the development trend,and analyze the visual index using Moran's I index.Spatial autocorrelation.The change trend and autocorrelation level of cell visibility in the study area are analyzed from different angles.The change rules of visual capacity of residential areas in Shahekou District of Dalian are summarized,which provides theoretical support for future urban development.
