Renewable energy has developed rapidly in recent years,and it is of great significance in environmental protection,energy security and sustainable development.However,the inherent intermittent and volatility of renewable energy restricts its large-scale network utilization.Energy storage technology can not only buffer unstable power such as wind power and photovoltaic,but also realize the transfer of energy in space and time,which is an effective way to solve the above problems.There are many types of energy storage,and a single energy storage can not meet the technical and economic requirements at the same time.Therefore,the combination of different types of energy storage can not only take advantage of each type of energy storage,but also make up for its shortcomings in some aspects,and play the role of "maximize favourable factors and minimize unfavourable ones".Based on the above background,this paper studies the hybrid energy storage system integrating distributed renewable energy,including the characteristic analysis and modeling of distributed renewable energy and typical energy storage systems,and the capacity optimization of hybrid energy storage systems in wind-solar hybrid power generation systems,Comparative calculation and sensitivity analysis of hybrid energy storage system costs.The fluctuation characteristics of wind power and photovoltaic power generation are analyzed,and the mathematical model of output power is established.Based on the difference of advantages of energy storage technology in response time,capacity scale,variable working conditions and cost,In this study,the principle analysis,mathematical modeling and characteristic analysis of compressed air energy storage system,lithium battery and supercapacitor were carried out,and the operating characteristics of three typical energy storage were mastered.Aiming at the microgrid system of wind-solar hybrid power generation,this paper proposes a hybrid energy storage system consisting of compressed air energy storage,lithium battery and supercapacitor.For the different characteristics of energy storage,a power allocation method based on secondary moving average filtering and a capacity optimal allocation method based on continuous operation are proposed.Under the constraints of system load shortage rate and energy storage state,based on the actual wind,photovoltaic and load data,the rated power and rated capacity of the hybrid energy storage system are calculated,and the energy storage operation characteristics are analyzed.Mastered the capacity optimization configuration method of the hybrid energy storage system and its complementary operation law coupled with renewable energy.Aiming at the different characteristics of energy storage,a comparative study of hybrid systems of compressed air energy storage,lithium battery and super capacitor was carried out.The investment cost model of hybrid energy storage system was established and different forms of energy storage combination were compared.The cost of the time for different filter widths,the sensitivity analysis of the hybrid energy storage system is carried out,and the energy storage investment costs under different filter widths are compared and analyzed.It shows that the research has important reference value for the engineering application of hybrid energy storage system.
