In recent years,facing the problems of environmental pollution and fossil energy shortage,renewable energy power generation technology has received extensive attention and research.However,due to the uncertainty and intermittent nature of renewable energy power generation,it will pose challenges to the safe and stable operation of the power system.Because of its effective means to adjust peaks and fill valleys and improve system stability,the configuration of energy storage system also becomes a major research focus research.Although the current research on the algorithm of energy storage system configuration is very mature,it has not considered the situation of rapid changes in the penetration rate of the distribution network system.Therefore,this topic conducts in-depth research on the optimal configuration of energy storage under the condition of the penetration rate of the distribution network system,and proposes a two-layer model for optimal configuration of energy storage.The main work content is as follows:First of all,this paper compares the characteristics of different energy storage technology classifications to select a suitable energy storage technology as the energy storage system configured in the distribution network system.And then this paper introduces and analyzes the domestic and foreign status quo and application prospects of traditional distribution network system research,and conducts a detailed comparison and analysis of calculation algorithms for the optimal configuration of many energy storage systems,and finally reveals the shortcomings of the traditional optimal configuration of energy storage systems.Then,this paper builds a two-layer model for the optimal configuration of distribution network energy storage.The upper model takes the minimization of the operating cost of the distribution network system as the objective function,constrains the allocation of each power generation system,and establishes the optimal capacity configuration model of the energy storage system under different penetration rates.And then based on the configuration results of the proposed energy storage system optimal configuration algorithm,this paper proposed an elastic optimal selection method for energy storage capacity based on multiple penetration and chargedischarge cycles;The lower model takes the minimization of the active network loss of the distribution network system as the objective function,and based on the current betweenness centrality of the network nodes,establishes an optimal configuration model for the location selection of the energy storage system.Finally,based on the optimal configuration model of energy storage,this paper takes the medium-voltage power distribution benchmark network as the research object to carry out a calculation example analysis.It calculates the optimal energy storage capacity of the distribution network system through the upper model,and the optimal configuration of energy storage system nodes in the distribution network system configuration results with the lower model.The optimal configuration of the energy storage system for the distribution network system of the medium-voltage power distribution benchmark network is obtained by combining the calculation results of the upper and lower layers.At the same time,this paper also uses the particle swarm optimization algorithm to calculate the optimal energy storage configuration of the medium-voltage power distribution benchmark network distribution network system with different permeability configurations and compares it with the double-layer model of the energy storage optimal configuration in this paper to verify the comprehensiveness and superiority of the algorithm which proposed in this paper.
