High-speed permanent magnet motors(HSPMM)are widely used in high-speed motorized spindles,air compression,aerospace and other fields due to their advantages of high power density,high efficiency,high reliability and direct drive load.However,the loss per unit mass of the highspeed motor is much larger than that of the conventional motor because the high temperature will affect the reliability of the motor operation.Therefore,it is necessary to study the loss and temperature rise of the high-speed motor.This paper studies the influence of different types of core materials on the temperature rise of high-speed motor at different frequencies,stresses and temperatures,and it’s verified by temperature rise experiments.First,by German BROCKHAUS MPG-200 G series soft magnetic materials tester for silicon steel sheet B20AT1500,DW270-35,amorphous alloy 2605SA1 DW210-35 and four kinds of materials in different frequencies,under different stress test data,and using artificial building experiment platform for all the four kinds of materials in different temperature,on the basis of the test data and the measured experimental data was analyzed and summarized.Based on the measured experimental data,the influences of frequency,stress and temperature on the magnetic properties and loss properties of materials were studied,and the variation rules of each loss coefficient under the influence of frequency,stress and temperature were studied based on the classical iron loss model.Taking a Interior permanent magnet motor and a Surface-mounted permanent magnet motor as the research object,the magnetization curve and loss of four kinds of core material measured in different frequencies,stresses and temperatures will be taken into finite element calculation,and iron core are calculated respectively by frequency when using the four kinds of materials,stress and temperature under the influence of iron loss value,frequency analysis,the result calculated by the finite element stress and temperature on the degree of its influence.Finally,based on the test content and calculation data in the previous section,the paper studies the influence of four kinds of materials on the temperature rise of the high-speed motor core when frequency,stress and temperature are considered.The temperature rise experiment is carried out on a7.5kW15000 revolutions per minute surface mounted motor.When the influence of frequency,stress and temperature is considered,the data calculated by finite element method is closer to the experimental value.Surface-mounted permanent magnet motors...
