Research On Green Reconstruction Technology Of B&B Building In Zhangqiu Mountain Area Of Jinan

In recent years,with the continuous development of rural tourism,a large number of original mountain villages rely on the original rural style to attract a large number of urban tourists to rest and consumption,and the building of the hotel has mushroomed in a large number of villages.However,due to the shortage of rural infrastructure and the short construction time,a large number of homestay buildings were not designed to consider the impact on the surrounding environment.In the long run,the ecological environment of fragile mountain villages will be seriously damaged.The house building is different from the traditional hotel building and the rural house with strong local flavor.In the scale of construction,the use of people,technical requirements,research on the green transformation of the building,control the pollution emission of the building,and reduce the energy consumption of the building.It is necessary for the development of this type of building in mountain villages and homestays.Firstly the author investigates and summarizes the policy background and research status related to B&B architecture,and expounds the differences between B&B buildings,farm houses and hotel buildings from three aspects: operation requirements,use requirements and architectural design requirements.The architectural features unique to the building.Secondly,the villages in Zhangqiu Mountain were investigated on the spot,and the villages surveyed were sorted and summarized,and the characteristics of the two villages were summarized.The investigation of the built house building in Zhangqiu Mountain area was carried out,and the existing design specifications and energy saving specifications for the B&B building were summarized.Afterwards,according to the above research content,the variety of green transformation technology applicable to the farm house on the market has been selected,and the technical measures suitable for the green transformation of the hotel building have been selected.Finally,two buildings in the Zhangqiu Mountain Area,which can represent the two types of building types,were simulated and greened.The existing problems were discovered through the survey of the two buildings,and then the previous selection techniques were adopted for these problems.Carry out green transformation,carry out simulation analysis on the results of the transformation,and introduce cost control factors to comprehensively select the technology that is most suitable for the green transformation of the two residential buildings.
