Research On Barrier-free Design Innovation In Urban Leisure Space

Urban leisure space is the place for urban residents to communicate with each other and realize cultural transmission,which,as the important part of urban public space,should satisfy the demands of various groups,especially the vulnerable groups with physiological disorders.The 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposes that it is needed to pay attention to health of the disabled and realize the objective of the disabled enjoying rehabilitation service.Therefore,under the guidance of related policy,people have paid higher and higher attention to no-barrier design which has become standard and normalized gradually.However,there still exists with some problems in no-barrier design in domestic urban leisure spaces,most of which are passively satisfied in no-barrier standards.Compared with urban leisure spaces of developed countries,domestic urban leisure spaces have certain gap in systematization and refinement.Therefore,related research on no-barrier design in domestic urban leisure spaces should be positively conducted.Aiming at the no-barrier design in urban leisure space,this paper adopts analysis method of combining theory with practice for research and discussion,which is composed of four parts: Part I mainly introduces research background and significance,summarizes researches on no-barrier design at home and overseas thus to lay a theoretical foundation for no-barrier design in urban leisure space.Part II is basic research on related concepts and development trend,summaries existing disadvantages in no-barrier design,discusses about presentation modes and schemes of no-barrier design combined with advantages of domestic cases.Part III introduces innovative strategies for no-barrier design in urban leisure space,analyzes the overall orientation of no-barrier design based on above analysis,summarizes application principle and innovative presentations systematically to get the design orientation with reference value.Part IV expounds specific project design practice and proposes new design scheme based on related analysis to provide new way of thinking for current urbanleisure space projects and build safe,comfortable and universal no-barrier space environment.The innovation of this paper: the no-barrier design in urban leisure space not only satisfies demands of practicality and aesthetics but also satisfies common demand of the disabled and normal people,wherein,all users will not be damaged or embarrassed,which doesn't aim at one special group singly but provides convenience for everyone,builds modern urban leisure environment full of love and care and safeguarding human security.
