| The way of using polymer grouting to repair the damage highway,which own the advantages of small amount of work,short of construction period,environmental protection and small traffic disturbance,it is widely used in highway repairs at home and abroad.With the increase of highway mileage in China,there are many problems in foaming machines,and their performances can not meet requirements.This paper analyses about the problem of normal foaming machine,and studies on the key technology of foaming machine.The main contents of this dissertation are as follows:1)This paper introduces the application examples of polymer in highway repairing and puts forward a new polyurethane electric foaming machine,and introduces the working principle of it.What’s more,the design and calculation of foaming machine’s delivery system and heat exchanger are carried out.2)This paper introduces the typical types of fluidic mixing apparatus and put forward a staggered-axis impact method,which Optimizes the structure of impinging streams mixer.The mixing quality related factors such as supply press,the diameter of mixing cavity were analyzed in this paper,which provide reference for the structure design.The flow field distributions of the micromixers were calculated by using Fluent software,and the simulated results are consistent with the theoretical analysis.The material selection of mixers is explained in detail.3)Some factors such as diameter of mixing cavity,mixing pressure which could effect the mixing quality was tested by experiments,by which we get the polyurethane foam with different pressures and mixing cavity diameters and the performance of it.By carry out the integrated test of electric polyurethane foaming machine and the repairing test of which at airport expressway of Guangzhou,we get the test result of the highway slurry pump disease,which verified the reliability. |
