FP Power Plant Distribution Automation System Integration Project Management Research

For any region or country,electricity is a strategic energy source,which is extremely important.It can provide the guarantee of daily needs and is also a necessary condition for all activities to be carried out smoothly.At present,although we have a large number of power stations,there are still some deficiencies in the management method,technical theory and operation mode of corresponding project construction.For example,it is difficult to communicate and discuss internally,the work plan is not comprehensive,the assessment management method is not in place,the expense exceeds the expense,the organization structure is messy and so on.Recently,the rapid development of power distribution automation technology,has entered the phase of white day,a large amount of annual funds involved in the automation system project of FP power plants.Therefore,it is necessary to introduce the concept of project management to allocate the automation system construction project of FP power plant to achieve the expected construction effect and completion status.This article research the use of distribution automation system and the development at home and abroad on the basis of the distribution automation system in our country and abroad are summarized the experience of construction projects and FP power plant automation project,for example,combining FP region automation development and construction requirements of distribution automation,mainly from the hardware configuration,software development and project construction aspects,find out the system integration and construction problems and conditions,the countermeasure and the suggestion was put forward,in order to other domestic power distribution automation system integration project implementation and project management for reference.The main content of this paper is as follows:The first chapter elaborates the background and purpose of this study,as well as the current situation,situation,method and innovation of relevant matters.In the second chapter,the concept and project management theory of distribution automation and system are briefly described,and the specific content of integrated project management of distribution automation system is also presented.The third chapter discusses in detail the basic situation of FP power plant,power distribution automation system integration of hardware and software development and construction management,system status quo,combined with the project management theory,puts forward the system integration project matters needing attention and the expected results.The fourth chapter mainly studies the current situation and main problems of integrated project management of power distribution automation system in FP power plant.Lack of analysis in software development,safety supervision,quality cost,construction progress,project acceptance and other aspects.The fifth chapter puts forward corresponding improvement Suggestions or countermeasures based on the deficiency of integrated project management of power distribution automation system in FP power plant.Chapter 6 is the conclusion.This paper summarizes and reviews the integrated project of power distribution automation system of FP power plant.
