Today, with the rapid development of technology and medical care, people's needs for healthy living are increasingly refined.Sleep rhythm disorder,a health problem caused by bad behavior habits, has gradually attracted people's attention. However,in real life, due to environmental, psychological, habits and other factors, healthy sleep behavior is often difficult to maintain, behaviors such as ups and downs, sleep delays, staying up late and staying in bed have become common habits of modern people. From the perspective of design, this paper studies the causes of these phenomena, and combines the relevant knowledge of psychology and behavior to explore how to help people form healthy habits. On this basis, the layers are deepened, and the specific influence methods of behavioral design in each stage of sleep behavior are summarized. In practice, the design strategies of adjusting user cognition and behavior are summarized,so as to provide new ideas of applying the behavior design theory in Internet products. This study takes the modern people's sleep problem as the starting point, and selects the sleep rhythm problem as the research focus through specific population analysis, and combines user interviews, questionnaires, etc.,from the qualitative and quantitative aspects to excavate the user's problems during the sleep process.Combining design for behavior and other related theories,we obtain the opportunity to intervene in sleep behavior through behavioral design, and propose the design strategy for sleep behavior with this entry point. On this basis,it is verified with specific early-raising habits practice projects, and the problems are found and improved, and finally applied to products developed for sleep health behaviors. This strategy explains the application of behavior design theory in concrete practice, and has certain reference significance for product design and interaction design based on behavior design.
