The ArcGIS space model is established to calculate the average travel speed and divide the average travel speed level of road sections with the data of Taxi GPS and road network data of urban centers in Guiyang.The temporal and spatial laws of the traffic flow in the center of Guiyang are proposed with the spatial visualization of the spatial database and spatial analysis for ArcGIS software and the evolution processes of the temporal and spatial distribution for the traffic congestion are analyzed based on the average travel speeds of road sections for the taxis.Based on GPS spatial database of taxi in Guiyang city,the traffic zone division and calculate the average travel speed of each traffic zone and spatial autocorrelation Moran's I index,correlation analysis and evolution characteristics of Guiyang city traffic state space.The results show:(1)The average travel speed in Guiyang central urban area is highly similar to the time distribution characteristics of working days and rest days.There are great differences in the average travel speed and time distribution between the working days and the rest days.The overall traffic situation in the periphery of the downtown area of Guiyang is obviously superior to that of the old city.On weekdays,urban residents have regular travel behavior.Traffic congestion has certain regularity in time and space.The average traffic speed on the rest day and the serious congested roads show a discrete distribution trend.(2)In the early peak period,the traffic congestion section of the working day and the rest day is gradually spreading from the central core area to the periphery.In the late peak period,the traffic congestion section of the working day tends to gather from the periphery to the central core area,and the traffic congestion section of the rest day shows the trend of gathering from the periphery area to the inner area.In the early peak period,the most congested day in the working day occurred in the period of08:00-09:00,the most congested day in the rest day occurred in the 09:00-10:00 period,the late peak period,the most congested day in the working day at the time of17:00-18:00,the most congested time in the rest day in the 15:00-16:00 period,and the serious congestion section in the three ring region of the rest day than the three ring area of the working day.There is a lot of road block.(3)On the whole,the spatial temporal Moran 's I index of Guiyang central urban area has good spatial correlation,and there is a certain spatial aggregation.The spatial autocorrelation fluctuates with time.The degree of temporal and spatial aggregation of road traffic on rest days is significantly lower than that of working days.The Moran 's I index is significantly different in working hours and rest days.The traffic state is characterized by strong spatial and temporal clustering.The global time and space Moran "s I index" showed low value troughs on weekdays and rest days.The traffic state in this period was low.The rest days were two hours later than the working days.Locally,high accumulation and low aggregate mode maintain good stability mechanism in space.The high aggregation basically shows the directivity characteristics of the peripheral area of the city,and low and low aggregates basically show the directivity characteristics of the core area of the city.Space-time Moran 's I index spatio-temporal aggregation region shows a change from weak aggregation to strong aggregation and then to weak aggregation in space.(4)The most typical area of High-Low heterogeneous area is the middle High area in the morning and evening peak hours.It shows that the surrounding area is congested except for the smooth area of High-High,which indicates that the area of central High is the first to dissipate after congestion and delay.Low-High heterogeneous area mainly includes Huaxi University Town,Meng Guan,Sha Wen,Tianhe Tan and other regions.It shows that except for the Low-High heterogeneous area,the surrounding roads are smooth,indicating that these areas are the first to jam when traffic jam is coming.(5)The paper puts forward the Countermeasures of Guiyang urban road traffic optimization and adjustment from the aspects of urban function decentralization,urban road network,urban space development and urban public transport system:Due to the excessive concentration of urban functions in old cities,the traffic pressure in the old urban area is increasing.Based on this,we put forward the function of scattered cities to alleviate the traffic pressure optimization of the old city,"the old city,the new town",and promote the central city's population,commercial center,medical service,education service and so on.The road traffic flow in the old urban area is mainly distributed on the main road,while the diversion capacity of the secondaryroad is low,the traffic flow is uneven in the urban road network,and the traffic flow in the central core area is dense and the traffic flow in the periphery of the city is evacuated.Based on this,the road network density is strengthened and the roads in the connection between the old and new urban areas are widened.Width and width to increase the capacity of the entry and exit,and enhance the traffic connection between the central city and the surrounding area.In view of the trend of tidal flow,tidal lanes are set up.When tidal currents come in peak period,they mainly undertake the road of transit function.Setting tidal lanes on the crossing section can alleviate the traffic congestion in the peak period.In order to improve the urban transportation system and meet the travel needs of different people,the main commercial areas,such as the fountain,the big cross and the big west gate,should strengthen the regular bus routes between the commercial centers.The construction of urban rail transit should be accelerated to the international exhibition city and the Baiyun regional section in the commuter period,and the rail transit is built.Before,we should focus on the conventional bus lines that strengthen fast,direct and strong transportation.The Wudang district should strengthen the fast and cheap public transportation,and take the bus as the main bus.The improvement of urban public transport system is proposed in the areas of Cao division,Huaxi University City,Meng Guan,Sha Wen,Tianhe Tan and so on.The urban road density construction is strengthened,the traffic connection channels of the main city and Huaxi district are increased,and the traffic lights are set up on the main Road,such as the South Road and the development avenue.The speed of vehicles entering the main urban area will relieve traffic congestion in the main urban area.
