In recent years,the rapid development of virtual reality technology in China has provided a convenient and effective way for various industries to achieve more advanced,efficient and automated development,and brought about the revolution and innovation in the field of production.In the design and manufacturing of agricultural machinery(such as tractors),the traditional serial production method can't meet the changing market demand because of its long production cycle,high production cost and unstable product quality.With the development of artificial intelligence,it is of great significance to study the innovation of product design and the research of simulation integration technology.It has made some achievements in the virtual design and manufacture technology of the moment.But because different enterprises use different three-dimensional modeling and simulation software,and there are no uniform naming standards,there is no improved design method and simulation technology for some key components of large tractors at home and abroad,which leads to backward application of virtual design and simulation technology in the whole agricultural machinery industry.Based on virtual reality,from the perspective of product intelligent design application and educational training demand,this paper studies the integration method of intelligent design and simulation for product knowledge.A virtual design and simulation system for tractor's key component gearbox is developed.Specific research works and innovative contents can be summarized as follows:(1)In order to realize the unified expression of product information in the process of product modeling and simulation,the innovation is standardized for the gearbox's naming rules,and the tree node method is used for simple and clear representation,and the conflict caused by the knowledge fusion of multi expert system and the use of multi soft parts in the whole design process is eliminated.(2)The theoretical knowledge of intelligent design,such as knowledge acquisition,knowledge expression,knowledge fusion and reuse,construction and management of knowledge base,is analyzed in detail,and choose a suitable way to handle gearbox's knowledge is the theoretical basis and core technology of intelligent design.(3)An important way of current agricultural design is the imitation of foreign innovation,people through the camera to get the image of interest component,but it is difficult to reconstruct the image model accurately.This is an urgent problem to imitate the new component innovation method.The method of digital modeling of mechanical product design is put forward in this paper.The 3D reconstruction based on vision is innovating accurately,and the corresponding function sub module is developed to integrate the module into the design module function.(4)This paper taking the typical tractor gearbox as an example,studies the intelligent design method of product based on knowledge,and adopts the top-down design method.Through the input of the preliminary design requirement of the gearbox,the preliminary design scheme and transmission line are determined by the intelligent design of the expert knowledge.Subsequently,users dynamically modify the material and size parameters to confirm the final plan,and finally verify it by simulation.(5)On the system development,the design scheme of three core modules,including visual intelligent design,simulation and visual 3D reconstruction,is formulated.The design module is determined according to the practical function application of the product.The simulation module mainly includes the simulation of the design project modeling product and the simulation service based on the training requirements of the enterprise.Aiming at the diversity of modeling software and simulation software,the format conversion function is innovatively proposed,and the effective extraction of model for simulation software is realized.(6)On the realization of programming,the data communication of each software is mainly studied.Based on the C# winform platform,the Solidworks secondary development,SQL Server and Unity3 D are integrated,and the complete design process is presented to the user without interworking.The design example of the gearbox proves that the system functions complete and has certain practicality.
