Temple Landscape Characteristics Of Xinjin GuanyinTemple Garden In Xishu Garden

The temple garden of the Xishu is an important branch of Xishu Garden,and Xinjin is located in the west of Sichuan basin,as well as "the first station of ancient path in Southern Silk Road".Thanks to the geographical advantages of gathering Wujin,it wins the reputation of "the first scenery in southern road of Rong City,riverside scene in tourist interest of western Sihuan".Temple garden is an important part of Chinese traditional garden,and temple garden of Xinjin uses Chinese traditional landscaping technique to express fully the connotation of religious culture in the environment of mountain and water.The regional temple garden has typical characteristics,at the same time,because of the particularity of Sichuan natural geography and social cultural background,the Xinjin temple garden is full of strong local characteristics.This thesis takes the typical temple in Xinjin temple garden as the research object,starting from the perspective of landscape and combining with science of religion,landscape science,architecture,planning science and other disciplines,to have an analysis and research on the formation,distribution,location,architectural features,plant planting,space shaping and other aspects so as to take the effective analysis on its protection and utilization and to supplement deeply the previous research.This paper is divided into seven chapters.With the research background of the temple garden of the Xishu and through the field trip and literature analysis on the Xinjin,it takes the temple garden of Xinjin County as the research object to try to study the landscape characteristics in the temple garden.The research content of this paper mainly includes four aspects:first,it traces back to landscape formation process of Xinjin temple garden under the influence of the regional,historical and geographical background in the West Sichuan;second,it introduces the development distribution of Xinjin temple garden landscape;selecting a representative temple site to interpret the landscape gardening elements;thirdly,it analyzes the landscape formation and space relationships in Guanyin Temple;fourthly,it summarizes the landscape characteristics of Xinjin temple garden,and on the basis of it,this thesis will sum up how the landscape features of temple garden inspire the design of contemporary landscape.The Xinjin County has the natural environmental landscape and historical cultural landscape with Xishu regional characteristics.With the accelerated urbanization process of Chengdu plain and the speeding city construction,many temple garden landscapes with Xishu characteristics are gradually disappearing.In order to protect the disappearing Xinjin temple garden landscape features on the process of city construction,this paper traces back to the regional,natural and historical evolution of Xinjin and interprets the formation process of regional landscape in Xinjin;and analyzes the various types of Xinjin temple garden context in temple garden landscape elements so as to have a beneficial analysis and discussion on the development of temple landscape context in Xishu region as well as to provide practical reference for the protective utilization and creative development and inheritance of landscape garden in the future and provide a new direction for the research and inheritance of the Xishu Gardens in coming days.
