Automotive brake parts in the car brake system play a vital role.The strength of the pressure will directly affect the safety of the vehicle driving.Therefore,it is particularly important to detect its press damage.Aiming at the press damage detection system of automobile brake parts can't satisfy two kinds of different types of commercial vehicle and passenger vehicle,this topic designed a press damage detection system based on the computer control system and the high and low pressure zone control mode,realized the automation of detection process and meet the precision requirements of system detection.The specific contents of this research are as follows:(1)The composition and working principle of the brake system of the commercial / passenger car are analyzed in detail.Based on this,the finite element simulation software ANSYS Workbench is used to simulate the components of the automobile brake parts,and a hydraulic brake caliper As the object of study,The static structure analysis.The stress and strain distributions of the clamps and pistons of the brake calipers in the automotive industry standard QC / T 592-2013 under the maximum pressure and failure strength are proposed,and the improvement suggestions are put forward to optimize the structural design and provide the reference for the design of the test and detection system.(2)The overall analysis of the anti-pressure damage detection system of the automobile brake parts is carried out to determine the technical specifications such as the maximum compressive strength,the acquisition rate and the precision of the hydraulic sensor and the design of the pipeline for the detection system of the brake.The mechanical structure design,hardware circuit design and based on LabVIEW are used to design the interface,data acquisition and data management of the detection system software.(3)The fuzzy PID algorithm is used to control the precision of the system.The fuzzy reasoning is used to realize the on-line tuning of PID parameters and improve the robustness of the system.The control accuracy is ± 0.05 MPa when the(0-3)MPa low hydraulic control is satisfied,which satisfies the pressure damage test of the brake parts of the commercial vehicle Demand;in(3-40)MPa high hydraulic control,the control accuracy of ± 0.2MPa,to meet the enterprise passenger car brake parts pressure damage test requirements.(4)Select the cooperative enterprise commercial vehicle dryer and passenger vehicle brake calipers as the test object.And the uncertainty of the test results is evaluated.The average values of the uncertainty of the desiccator and the caliper are 0.0150 MPa and 0.121 MPa respectively at different pressure rates,which satisfy the system control precision Claim.
