Research On The Construction Of Evaluation System For Historic Buildings Repair Based On Value Co-creation

At present,with the high-speed development of economy and the rapid expansion of the city,many historic buildings are destroyed,disappear,the historic building has brought the huge impact,despite the relatively considerable financial support and enrich the perfect repair technology,but to historic building repair quality evaluation are mainly composed of expert opinion,the public is difficult to participate in the history of landscape architecture development,the restoration and protection are not formed systemic evaluation system.Therefore,this paper use the value co-creation theory to absorb tourists’experience,and provides focused Suggestions for the renovation of buildings with historical features.And give full play to the architectural value of historical features while enhancing the tourist experience value,and realize the value of the government and tourists to create,to the tourism industry to provide impetus.First of all,this paper has consulted a large number of domestic and foreign literatures in the research process.On the basis of the value co-creation theory,the repair and evaluation model of buildings with historical features is constructed by combining the repair content of buildings with historical features,repair content and tourist tourism experience value,and a hierarchical structure for the repair and evaluation of buildings with historical features is designed.Secondly,through the design of questionnaire and expert consultation questionnaire,this paper adopts the form of tourist survey and expert consultation panel,USES the statistical analysis method and the analytic hierarchy process to determine the comprehensive index weight of the established evaluation hierarchy structure,and constructs a relatively comprehensive,accurate and objective evaluation system for the renovation of buildings with historical features.Finally,based on the evaluation system of renovation of buildings with historical features and the current situation of renovation of buildings with historical features,this paper gives some recommendations for applicability,summarizes the research conclusions,achievements and shortcomings,and makes a prospect of future research direction.
