The civil defense command project has very strong capability of nuclear,chemical and biological weapons prevention,and it also undertakes the professional communication command task.The civil defense command project provides a place for the staff of the command organ to conduct operations in wartime.The normal temperature requirements for the health of the staff and the normal use of electronic communication equipment within the project can only be realized by adjusting the indoor air through the air-conditioning system The air conditioning system is very important to the civil defense command project.In order to meet the needs of the project in wartime,the air conditioning system is equipped with three ventilation modes:wartime cleaning,filter and isolation.Among them,the air conditioning system USES internal cooling water for cooling under isolated ventilation.Through the investigation of the civil air defense command project and its operation test of the air conditioning system,it is found that the air conditioning cooling system of the civil air defense command project has the problem of insufficient internal cooling cycle time.The cooling time of air conditioning system cannot meet the requirement of isolation and protection time.Many experts and scholars have studied this problem and put forward corresponding solutions.Based on the actual situation of the project,this paper puts forward a scheme to improve the air-conditioning cooling system by using phase change energy storage technology.The improved scheme proposes to add a phase-change energy storage tank to the air-conditioning cooling system.The cooling source of air conditioning cooling system is composed of phase change energy storage tank and air conditioning reservoir.Phase change energy storage tank of heat storage capacity compared with the volume of water,so you can use project inside limited space,by increasing the phase change energy storage tank method to prolong the life time of the air conditioning cooling system,solve the problem of insufficient amount of cool storage air conditioning reservoir.The improvement scheme of the phase-change energy storage tank is added to the system,which is easy to operate,safe,economical and practical,and suitable for use in engineering.Through constructing small experimental platform and set up phase change tank numerical simulation analysis,by comparing the calculated under the condition of the limit of the use of phase change energy storage tank and experimental measured using time,verify the improved scheme is effective.By increasing the phase-change energy storage tank,the service time of the air-conditioning cooling system can be effectively extended.The volume of the phase-change energy storage tank is 4 cubic meters,and the cooling time of the supply system is 1 hour.Using phase-change energy storage tank to improve the air conditioning system,the scheme is simple and economical.Further research and exploration of the improved scheme can optimize the.existing engineering status and improve the design concept of command engineering.We will promote the development of the civil defense project into an energy-efficient society.Phase-change technology may also have more application space.This not only broadens the new thought of the technical innovation of civil defense engineering,but also provides a new idea for the design and construction of the project.
