IHF-type fluorine plastic centrifugal pump is a rotating machine with high energy consumption.It has a wide range of applications in industry,and its operation has a direct impact on the operation of the factory.In the process of operation,the design,manufacture,assembly,use and maintenance of the pump will cause high failure rate and low operation efficiency of the unit.Therefore,the study on the status monitoring of the fluoroplastic centrifugal pump is very important,and it is an important guarantee for the safe and efficient operation of the unit.With the development of embedded system and its usage in related fields,and aiming at solve mulyiple wires layout and low monitoring efficiency existing signal aquisition and transmission technology for the state monitoring of fluorine pump,based on LoRa wireless transmission technology and Ethernet technology,a set of system with higher accuracy,wide the adaptability and practicability for real-time monitoring of fluorine pump running was developed in Visual C++ development environment.The wireless monitoring system was designed in this thesis mainly based on the following aspects:(1)Through literature review,we thoroughly understand the structure,working principle and performance parameters of the fluoro pump,and confirm the monitoring target parameters suitable for the fluorine pump monitoring system,which provides a reliable theoretical basis for further research on the performance of the fluoro pump.(2)On the basis of in-depth study of TCP/IP protocol and LoRa protocol,the UDP protocol of TCP/IP protocol and LoRa protocol were used to design the wireless monitoring system of the fluorine pump by hierarchical module.And the integrated monitoring mode of upper and lower computers were realized.(3)In the aspect of monitoring system hardware design,the principle of modularization was followed,the design of the collection board and the data board LoRa wireless board were completed.In the design process,the hardware was designed by using Altium Designer software,STM32 series microcontroller was used as the core control chip,and the processor module,communication module,peripheral modules and other parts of the corresponding type were selected properly to achieve matching design.The acquisition board uses digital acquisition circuit and analog acquisition circuit to achieve data acquisition.The data board uses ENC28J60 module as Ethernet module to upload data to the host computer.SX1278 wireless module with acquisition board and data board were used to achieve wireless data transmission.(4)In the aspect of monitoring system software design,I/O ports were allocated to each module according to their needs.Keil was used to configure the development environment of the system,and C language was applied to program.In the design of the monitoring system of the upper computer,the system monitoring interface was designed by using the MFC module in Visual C++,and the collected data were displayed in real time.(5)After the design and implementation of the monitoring system,the communication experiment of the wireless module and the monitoring experiment of the fluorine pump were carried out by the monitoring system.By tested the distance and penetration ability of wireless transmission,the feasibility of the system was determined,and the state parameters of the system were monitored,and the parameters included in the characteristic curve was calculated.Matlab software was used to analyze the pump flow head,flow axis power,flow efficiency characteristics curve,so as to verify the reliability and stability of the system.This thesis designs an intelligent data monitoring system for IHF-type of fluoroplastic centrifugal pumps,which is beneficial to improve the service life of the fluorine pump.At the same time,it provides a solution to the embedded monitoring system,which has practical significance for improving work efficiency and saving manpower.
