State Grid Fujian Electric Power Co.,Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as "Fujian Power Company")is a wholly-owned subsidiary of State Grid Corporation of China?It takes the operation of the power grid as its core business,has outstanding performance and plays an important role in local economic development.However,there are many problems and shortcomings in the company's crop compensation model:For example,the compensation for the different owners of the same size tree is very different.Different departments and different subsidiaries have different compensation standards and procedures.It leads to a negative view of the public's understanding of the company,and employees also have more and more difficulties in carrying out crop compensation work.At the same time,under the background of governing the country according to law,the legal risks of the development of the crop compensation cannot be ignored.So,this article is based on the stakeholder theory and hopes to provide a corresponding inspiration for Fujian Electric Power Company to establish a more scientific and standardized green compensation model.This article uses literature review method and case study method to start research.First,this article reviews the stakeholder theory and crop compensation model related concepts?existing models.Second,this article introduced Fujian Electric Power Company and the framework and contents of existing crop compensation mode,laws and regulations related to crop compensation,and the important role of crop compensation work in power grid enterprises.This article focuses on the use of sufficient cases and stakeholder theory to explain the problems and deficiencies in the existing mode:1.The current green compensation mode is not enough for the decision related stakeholders,nor can it treat the owners of trees reasonably and objectively.2.The present model does not have continuity and consistency.3.The management problems exposed in the current crop compensation mode can not be ignored.4.The legal risks faced by the current crop compensation model need to be highly valued by managers.Finally,based on the stakeholder theory,this paper puts forward a new green compensation mode for the company.Finally,based on stakeholder theory,this paper proposes a new crop compensation model for the company.This paper argues that the mode of crop compensation based on stakeholder perspective is to fully take care of the needs of the majority of stakeholders.In particular,decision stakeholders should pay more attention and focus on their impact on the company.After qualitative and quantitative research,it is suggested that long term rental can be more comprehensive and equitable to take care of stakeholder demands.At the same time,it can effectively avoid the crop compensation management mode of legal risk.
