| With the rapid development of the construction industry,super-high-rise buildings and large-span structures are emerging constantly.The overall appearance of buildings tends to be "high","big" and "miscellaneous".The traditional methods of construction and management become inadequate gradually.With the continuous improvement of the building information industry,experts and related staff come to realize the importance of building information modeling(BIM)and it has been gradually applied to architectural design,construction management and post-operation maintenance.Based on the above background information,this paper mainly studies the application of BIM technology in construction cost control.The article first elaborated the traditional construction cost control method and its existing problems,for example,it did not form a set of perfect cost management system combining responsibility,right and advantage,ignoring the control of the project "quality cost" and "project cost",the project management staff’s cost concept is not strong and the lack of operational basis for the control of the cost of the project.In order to solve this series of problems,the author proposed the Earnings Value Act to BIM 5D technology,and analysis the value of BIM5D technology in cost control and its feasibility and necessity.Then the construction cost dynamic control model is constructed,the traditional CAD drawings are built into the professional three-dimensional model,and the schedule plan,cost documents,construction drawing information and quality and safety information are collected into the BIM 5D platform,and the overall cost of the project is carried out in the pre-construction period,paving the way for cost control in the construction process.During the construction process,according to the established BIM 5D cost control information base,the cost,progress,resource consumption and quality safety in construction are monitored in real time.If the cost,the progress of deviation,the platform automatically issued a warning to alert the relevant management staff to find out the reasons and propose solutions.After the completion of a construction segment,the cost control information database shall be used to analyze the planned progress and cost against the actual progress and costs.The cost control of the construction segment shall be evaluated and the cost and progress of next phase shall be predicted based on the cost control results of this phase,then the relevant management personnel to provide the management direction.Finally,this paper takes a comprehensive building project in Shenyang as the research object,and constructs a BIM 5D information base based on the actual construction conditions.With its powerful data processing and statistical functions can timely updates of schedule and cost information,analyzes the weekly planning costs and actual cost of a certain phase of the project.According to the three stages before,during and after to analysis the cost control,the deviation of the progress or cost of construction nodes in a timely manner to the relevant personnel issued a warning,the first time to adjust to prevent the deterioration of the project late,and then ensure The construction process of the project will be conducted in an orderly manner and the economic benefits will be maximized. |
