Research On Economic Relations And Optimization Countermeasures Of Ecological Urban Agglomeration Around Poyang Lake

The construction of the ecological urban agglomeration around Poyang Lake is an important strategy of urbanization development in Jiangxi Province,which is connecting from the Urban agglomeration in the middle reaches of the Yangtze River and preceding the most cities and counties in northern Jiangxi Province.Its’ position is very important,which is the implementation of the Jiangxi state "The Belt and Road" strategy,the Yangtze River economic belt,and an important carrier of promoting the development of Nanchang-Jiujiang integration.For the most important urban agglomeration in Jiangxi,the study of its economic ties is conducive to understanding the level and difference of economic relations between cities in the urban agglomeration.The investigation of spatial accessibility helps to grasp the spatial structure among the urban agglomeration,and makes a comprehensive analysis of the urban agglomeration though the two angles which is from connection intensity and spatial structure.The internal and external economic relations will be a powerful supplement to the economic relation theory of the urban agglomeration,and will also provide some guidance to the economic and social development of Jiangxi and North Jiangxi from a new and more specific perspective.In this paper,by calculating and analyzing the central grade,spatial relation intensity and the range of urban hinterl and between cities and counties of Poyang Lake ecological urban agglomeration,the spatial structure and evolution of economic ties of ecological urban agglomeration in Poyang Lake ring are investigated from four dimensions of point,line,surface and time.The main conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)The urban system pattern of the ecological urban agglomeration around Poyang Lake is changing from the "pyramid" pattern to the "spindle" pattern,showing a more clear trend.(2)The results of accessibility show that with the improvement of road network,especially the increase of high speed railway and the traffic of intercity railway,the overall improvement of regional accessibility level is obvious,and the accessibility structure tends to be reasonable,but the improvement degree of intercounty accessibility shows obvious regional difference.(3)The economic relation results show that the economic relation of the cities and counties of the Poyang Lake ecological urban agglomeration can be divided into 5 grades,which is highly close relation,close relation,general relation,weak relation and highly weak relation.The cities are affected by the level of urban development and the space distance,and the integration of urban agglomeration has not been formed.(4)The range of Nanchang hinterland determined by hourly circle basically meets the scope of relevant planning.(5)Based on the analysis of the economic relation structure and existing problems of the ecological urban agglomeration around Poyang Lake,the improvement of traffic accessibility,the imbalance of regional development and the lack of cooperation in the division of labor restrict the economic relation development of the urban agglomeration.We should actively promote the development of regional development and integration,cultivate the core of multipole,deepen the economic development of the traffic axis,optimize the economic space structure,and promote the coordinated development of the region.
