Passive Design Research Of Germany Zierow Holiday Hotel

In today’s society,the pursuit of passive buildings and the development of ultra-low energy buildings are the important development trends of Chinese construction technology and energy saving technology.The important features of contemporary architecture technology has the following main points:The first is that the building energy efficiency technology runs through all the time;The second is that the healthy and comfortable indoor environment technology has always been the goal and objective of human pursuit;Thirdly,the application of intelligent information technology,which is aimed at energy conservation and the health and comfort environment,and the means and characteristics of computer information technology,is widely used in architecture.Finally,climate change is another important factor in building and urban construction.Building energy efficiency has become a big problem in the world all over the world,mainly is the result of the western dominated human industrialization,mass,mass production,factory,caused a great deal of energy consumption,western countries 40%to 50%of energy consumption of building energy consumption of the whole society.Under the rapid development of China,the increasing demand of energy consumption,speed is also on the rise,therefore,the study and development of low energy consumption building passive buildings,even zero energy building is imperative.Germany,as the first country to propose passive housing standards,is more mature in its practices and tests.Passive house are mainly used to optimize the building style,reducing heating and cooling energy demand.Major measures including good heat preservation,high efficiency and energy saving doors and windows,summer sunshade,prevent heat bridge structure,tightness of the structure and organized indoor air supply and heat recovery system.The ultimate goal of these requirements and measures is to achieve a comfortable goal in a passive manner,greatly reducing energy consumption.This study is divided into five parts.The first chapter is an introduction to the research background,the purpose and meaning of research,the research method is introduced,and the overall framework is put forward;the second chapter is the basic theory part,building energy efficiency standards to research,to put forward of the theory of "passive house",to the passive construction energy conservation strategy,and the German passive construction development and influence;The third chapter the principle of combining site design,this paper discusses Zierow holiday hotel in respect for the natural environment and the overall design of the layout of the influence factors of the construction principle of "organic";The fourth chapter in view of the Zierow resort hotel daily power consumption are calculated respectively consumption,consumption heating system,ventilation system and living hot water consumption,and little in the early design construction to provide the required energy consumption method,real let buildings reach "sustainability".On the basis of the design of the site and the study of the monomer,the passive energy-saving measures of the resort hotel in Zierow are presented.The full text is based on the design study of the passive design of the hotel,and discusses the passive energy thinking and means.Hope our country will further study passive design idea,to better adapt to China’s national conditions and urban development,for our country’s construction energy conservation industry play a positive promoting role.
