| Sustained-release anticoagulant admixture of asphalt pavement can take the initiative to melt snow on the road surface,if it is added to the asphalt mixture,under the vehicle load,the additive salt will release slowly from capillary of asphalt mixture and reduce the freezing point of ice.Compared with the seeding snow melting agent,sustained-release anticoagulant admixture of asphalt pavement can decrease the cost of maintenance of asphalt pavement in winter,and reduce the damage to the environment.At present,there are foreign products in the domestic market,there are fewer varieties,higher prices,and foreign products have effects on the pavement performance of asphalt mixture which is designed by our country.It has a worse long-term effect.So the main purpose of this study is how to enhance the sustained-release effect and the long-term effect of this kind of admixture,meet the requires of the pavement performance of asphalt mixture which is designed by our country.The study and preration of sustained-release anticoagulan admixture of asphalt pavement is significant for solving traffic safety problems of snowy road in winter in the north of our country,and it can reduce economic losses thanks to traffic accidents.The research uses volcano rock,diatomite,zeolite,fly ash,modified volcano rock powder to prepare saline content carriers,through their conductivity,and BET specific surface area measurement of carriers,to choose a suitable carrier;through water permeability test and so on,the research determines the best preparation method of such admixture;in order to enhance the sustained-release effect of admixture,the research use surfactants to have the package processing on saline content carrier,and evaluate cladding effect with the help of Infrared Spectroscopy and Scanning Electron Microscopy,so as to determine the best sustained-release surfactant;at last,the research determines the proportion of saline content carrier and surfactant,surfactant modification temperature.The specific surface area of carrier has an effect on adsorption property of sustained-release anticoagulant admixture of asphalt pavement,modified volcano rock powder as carrier is determined;surfactant package method as samples preparation method is determined;nonionic surfactant Span-80 and Span-60 to clad modified volcano rocks saline content carrier is determined;the proportion of saline content carrier and surfactant is 5:1;surfactant modification temperature is 80℃.The sustained-release anticoagulant admixture of asphalt pavement is used in asphalt mixture,the test determines sustained-release anticoagulant asphalt mixture proportion.The Rutting Test results show that the sustained-release anticoagulant asphalt mixture has a high temperature resistance;the Immersion Marshall Test and Freeze-thaw Splitting Test results show that the mixture meets asphalt mixture proportioning design requirements test indexes;Low Temperature Bending Test results show that sustained-release anticoagulant asphalt mixture meets the maximum bending strain value of cold winter and winter temperature requirements.Sustained-release anticoagulant admixture of asphalt pavement has melting snow and ice experiments,it can play the role of melting snow and ice in-10~0℃ and-20~10℃,and it has a better effect in-10~0℃.Compared with chloride ion release rate in the foreign product MFL asphalt mixture,the admixture has a better anticoagulant long-term effect.The sustained-release anticoagulant admixture of asphalt pavement has metal and concrete corrosion experiments,it still has the corrosion to metal and concrete,but compared with the chloride snow melting agent,the corrosion is greatly reduced. |
