In order to reduce the influence of winter snow on the road driving safety, many unitshave done a lot of research on sustained-release anti-ice asphalt mixture, these studies focusedon the research of sustained-release anti-ice material and the design of sustained anti-iceasphalt mixture. Weighed&added sustained-release anti-ice material and constructiontechnology of sustained anti-ice asphalt mixture also have a great impact on road performanceand melting snow performance of sustained-release anti-ice asphalt, discussed and researchedon its.Combined with characteristics of intermittent mixing station, this paper studied on theweighed&added equipment based on the screw conveyer of sustained-release anti-icematerial. Through theoretical analysis and actual measurement, designed and calculatedmechanical structure of the equipment; through researched on working principle and selectionprinciple of the weighing system and analyzed on weighing operation process model of themicroprocessor. Finally, this paper proposed calibration method of the weighing system.Under different adding order and mixing time of sustained-release anti-ice material, thispaper formed Marshall specimens according to the four kinds of indoor mixing technologyand tested low temperature resistance, water stability and high temperature stability of fourspecimens, contrasted test results to determine the best indoor mixing technology. Refer toindoor adding order and mixing time, established minimum speed mathematical model whensustained anti-ice asphalt mixture was stirred uniformity. Finally, this paper determinedmixing time and adding order of sustained anti-ice asphalt mixture at on-site mixing station.In this paper, combined with asphalt pavement of ShiBai expressway project, accordingto the equipment matching theory, calculated yield of the mixing station and the amount ofpavers, transport vehicles, roller during the construction process. Researched the mixing,paving, rolling processes, this paper formed a complete construction technology of sustainedanti-ice asphalt pavement. Through tracking and testing the quality of asphalt pavement afterconstruction, confirmed the good performance of sustained anti-ice asphalt pavement andobvious effects of melting ice.
