With the increasing number of automotive electronic control unit components,the structure of automotive electronic control systems has become increasingly complex,and the failures of electronic control systems are often more subtle and difficult to detect.In addition,the continuous development of virtual reality technology,the upgrading of virtual reality hardware devices,and the maturity of live broadcast technology have provided a new diagnostic model for remote diagnosis of automobiles.The automotive OBD system utilizes smartphones and VR devices,and utilizes panoramic live broadcast technology for remote diagnosis of automobiles,making diagnosis more vivid,three-dimensional,accurate,and intelligent.This article first elaborated the research background of the topic,introduced the research purpose and significance of the research,analyzed the research status of remote diagnosis and panoramic live broadcast of the car,and deeply studied the virtual reality technology,panoramic technology,streaming media network transmission technology adopted by the system.,Unity3D engine technology and so on.The dissertation analyzes the requirements of the system and proposes a remote diagnosis system based on the panoramic live broadcast technology.The overall design of the system is carried out and the system is divided into two subsystems:the mobile terminal and the VR terminal.The mobile phone has built a system that can connect cars,obtain car data,initiate remote help,obtain panoramic pictures,and upload panoramic pictures and sounds to servers.The VR end has built a system with various functions such as playing real-time panoramic pictures,screening data,displaying data,drawing data,and the like.The purpose of this article is to design a vehicle diagnostics expert who can use this system to remotely assist an offsite maintenance technician in vehicle troubleshooting and repair work.The system designed in this paper makes up for the low efficiency of traditional speech diagnosis and the disadvantage of the traditional observation angle of single video diagnosis.The research results of this paper have improved the efficiency of automobile diagnosis and can detect the hidden dangers of automotive electronic controls.It fills the gap in the application of panoramic live broadcasting technology and virtual reality technology in automotive diagnostics,which is of great significance for the development of automotive diagnostics industry.
