Research On Implementing Evaluation Of Shaanxi's Representative Scenic Area's Master Planning

The scenic area's master planning has the characteristics of statutory planning,and plays an important role in the work of scenic areas such as resource and environment protection,development,construction and management.In recent years,due to excessive emphasis on tourism functions,weaken the protection of heritage,scenic areas appeared to build out of control,overdevelopment,visitors surge,resource destruction,ecological deterioration and other prominent issues.It is necessary to carry out the planning and implementation assessment,the implementation of the planning effect and the implementation process mechanism to conduct a comprehensive summary and review.However,the implementation of the scenic area planning assessment is also the lack of theoretical research and evaluation practices,but also the lack of operational assessment of technical methods.In view of the above situation,this study has compiled a systematic evaluation system by comprehensively combing the theoretical basis of the planning and evaluation of scenic spots and has been verified by several typical scenic areas in Shaanxi Province.It is intended to enrich the theoretical research in this field,and provide reference and reference for the development of the evaluation and implementation of the planning and implementation of the scenic spots in the future,so as to ensure the effective protection and sustainable development of the scenic areas.The research contents of this thesis include: combing the domestic and foreign urban planning assessment,tourism planning assessment,evaluation of protected area(area),planning and evaluation of scenic areas and other related theories and practice,establishing the theoretical basis of planning and evaluation of scenic areas;Through the interpretation of the overall planning and planning of scenic areas planning and im-plementation characteristics,a clear assessment of the basis of principles and "protection priority,appropriate development," the basic value orientation,to determine the technical aspects of the assessment;the core content of the planning,planning and implementation of the impact and satisfaction This paper constructs the evaluation index system and gives the weight of the index from the aspects of planning implementation effect and planning implementation process.The evaluation system is used to verify the typical case in Shaanxi province,and the evaluation system is used to evaluate the index system,Find and solve the problem.The research results of this paper mainly include two aspects,one is to build an evaluation index system and method system as the core of the scenic area master planning implementation evaluation system;the second is relying on the assessment system,the Huashan,Baiyun Mountain,Nansha River Scenic Area Carried out the implementation effect and the implementation process assessment,and then summed up the common problem,analyze the causes of the problem,and put forward the corresponding countermeasures.
