The bridge structure,stress distribution,boundary conditions are not consistent with the design state during construction of concrete-filled steel tubular(CFST).The differences should not be ignored between them.Otherwise it will cause the unsafe accident,so the mechanics analysis is needed in this kind of bridge.Except the complicated structure mechanics state,the construction consequence of varies components on the space and time should be solved.Especially for the section of complex arch rib,the main beam,column base and any other structure,the construction process management is more complicated.The BIM technology can solve such problems to minimize rework and improve the construction efficiency through the visual simulation,information integration and other functions.The mechanical analysis and application of BIM in the construction process of LanTian BaHe bridge are carried out in this article,by using the method of the theoretical analysis and practical engineering.The main contents are listed as follows:(1)Based on the theory of bridge construction control,the double target control method is proposed for construction mechanical analysis of CFST arch bridge.The method that combining upright iteration method and influence matrix method is proposed for the calculation of the derricks tension in such a bridge.By the application of BIM technology in building engineering,the implementation method of application of BIM technology for concrete filled steel tubular arch bridge are put forward.(2)Based on the engineering example of Lantian Bahe bridge,the key construction process such as building-up the temporary support,setting up the steel arch rib,pouring concrete in steel arch,pre-stressing the main beam and tensioning the derrick are analyzed.The key poser technologically in the corresponding construction process is summarized.The construction mechanical analysis and application of BIM content are put forward in different process of this bridge.(3)The mechanical model of Lantian Bahe bridge is established.The double target control method and the method which combining upright iteration method and influence matrix method are used to make the construction mechanics analysis.The best collar beam construction scheme is selected.The initial tension of derricks is calculated,and the force and deformation of the main structure in the whole process of construction in Lantian Bahe bridge are checked.The results show that using the double target control method to make the construction mechanics analysis in CFST can not only dear the analysis way of thinking of the construction mechanics analysis in this kind of bridge,but also select the best construction scheme and construction process.Using the method which combining upright iteration and influence matrix to calculate the tension force of derricks can reduce the iteration times,the result can be rapidly and accurately calculated.(5)Through making detailed modeling principles,using multi-user and parameterized modeling method,making date exchange of mechanical model and BIM model,the information model of LanTian BaHe bridge is made.The application of BIM technology that consist of the bridge design,detecting of structure collision,outputting the component drawings,simulating for construction scheme and process,calculating the quantities,controlling the construction safety,arranging the construction site are available.Information management mode of the bridge is achieved.The basis is provided for the application of BIM technology in this kind of bridge.
